Online it says open until 10pm daily and the doors are locked by 8pm. Why don't you fix your online hours? Edit: the owner tried... to tell me as I was sitting in front of their restaurant with locked doors that their establishment was open, why lie? Read more

I used to LOVE Qdoba over Chipotle. Their Chicken was amazing, the steak was amazing and I loved the queso. This is not the case... any longer. The chicken was awful, I didn't try the steak and the queso was awful. The salsas were terrible too.... No spice. Itwas like Tomato sauce with pepper. I'm really upset that I spent my heard earned money on this awful awful food. Read more

I give the Albert Lea location ZERO stars. Twice now I have ordered for delivery and they have gave door dash the wrong address... when my order CLEARLY states the correct address. The first time luckily the guy with door dash was nice enough to call me andask for my location, even though he was rude and told me I put the wrong address down once he got here to deliver the food, Ihad to show him my order stated the right address. The 2nd time the door dash gal gave my food back to Qdoba and marked it"delivered", but I did not receive my food and my credit card was still charged. I called the Albert Lea Store and they told meit wasn't their problem both the manager and the rude employee working, and told me to call door dash. I call door dash and theytell me it's Qdoba's issue because they are the ones that charged me. Door dash claimed they delivered it and Qdoba claimed doordash brought my meal back and they canceled my order. Which I never received confirmation on any of this in paper or via phonecall. Just verbally when I finally called and complained an hour after I placed my order. Needless to say I'm left with payingfor a meal that I did not receive, horrible experience and customer service being on the phone for an hour and got no wherebetween door dash and the manager who didn't want to speak because "he was not in store that day". My co worker ordered food atthe same time and got hers no problem. All I asked is either they send me another meal or give my money back. Neither of thathappened... This is the most awful experience I have had with any fast food restaurant. Read more

A couple in their 80s were in front of us and had trouble ordering. Jose was the young man working the line. Jose was simply... amazing!!! He explained everything to the man and his wife, helping in the most patient manner!!! Wow!! Great job Jose!!! Thecashier even helped carry the couples' order to a table. Great customer service all around. Our food was fantastic and we willdefinitely stop again!! Read more
