Had a friend say that their food wasn't made correct two different times. They had to keep going up to the counter. Then they... proceeded to say how fat people always want free food. They laughed at them as they walked out. Every employee who was thereshould be fired. Pretty sad when you look at the reviews of this place. The people were cool but the food was horrible. I got 6 things. Chalupa, Mexican pizza, stuff like that. The Mexican pizza is... cold. I ordered 20 minutes ago and it's refrigerator cold. The box is also soggy and fell apart as i pulled it out of the bag. Icame to this truck stop specifically for Taco Bell too, since they're rarely at truck stops. Oh and one of the things i got waschips and cheese, lol the cheese cup was basically empty. I'm seeing a LOT of bad reviews and i should have checked before icame because this place is horrible, food wise. I'm also seeing someone respond to each review apologizing. I ordered supper via the Taco Bell app, when I arrived the employees told me they were closed I started that I had an online... order. I wasn't the only customer waiting. I was told to come back the following day and get my food then. I live out of townand had made a special trip in to get our supper. Needless to say it was only 6:20 pm. The app says you close at 7, the websitesays 9. When my husband called they said they closed early to short staff. However there was 3 employees working at the time Iwas there. I left my name and number along with my order number. I hope to hear back from management soon and you get thingsstraightened out with your staffing issues. Read more
I appreciate that the hours were updated on google. The food flavor was okay. Y?all may need to train on how a burrito is rolled... but it was ok. I would have given 4 stars honestly.
