I'm a regular customer and tonight the hours on website state they close at 10pm. I walk in at 9:25pm and the man behind the ice... cream part is rushing me while closing the lids on all the ice cream. As I told him and I'll say it here...I will go somewhereelse and this place will NEVER receive my business again. Just a terrible worker and rude. I'm a regular customer and I ordered two drinks for $8 and I then asked for a small cup of water, the cashier proceeded to... charge me for a donut and I asked why are you charging me for a donut, do you charge for water? He said yes and I told him totake it off. No establishment should be charging for a small cup of water, especially on a hot day. The place is conveniently located. Parking is average. The place is generally clean. The staff overall is pleasant but some of... them have a desperate need for customer service classes. For example when I asked for little cream cheese I got a whole block ofcream cheeses smothered on my bagel.
