Don?t even get in line if you don?t want to wait 30 mins to be disappointed. Used to like bk? This one location by my house has... slowly, over the course of 9 years, built a simmering resentment inside of me towards all burger kings everywhere. Night time Manger was so disrespectful and unprofessional, cussing while people and CHILDREN in the lobby, has not respect for... others and there surrounding. The lobby was not clean, crew members done an excellent job! The crew members shouldn?t bepunished, the manager should be taking more time out to help them. Read more
Food was good and the place was clean. Only issue was a broken drink machine.
The employees are nice but , this is the absolute worst drive thru someone from corporate needs to do something about the... system! I waited patiently in line with cars honking behind me all the way to the road and a few in front of me for 30 minutesonly to hear them say the card reader is down they are only accepting cash....so McDonald's it was.Which isn't bad but i reallywanted bk not to mention 5 other cars behind me followed suit this is pretty much every week maybe night Read more
Drive thru is the worst idea when going to any fast food place. Burger King sets this example, as a fact. If I went to... chick-fil-a I would have been able to order, receive, eat my food, and circle back to get a free refill before I even moved onecar up in the line at Burger King. Read more
Always wait about 15 minutes before I?m able to get my food. I?ve noticed there?s always 2-3 people outside standing around.... Like, I work in fast food and if I?m outside spraying down the sidewalk and notice there?s several people in line that haven?tmoved in quite a while, I?ll run in and help real quick or atleast see if my team needs help. Several times I?ve noticed therewas one person taking orders, money AND making food while people stood outside. Food always comes out good though, so thanks tothose who work hard to make it delicious! Read more
I usually prefer albertville Burger King than just about any other. The service is always great but today I went by for lunch... and I saw that the cheesy tots had returned and I was so excited because the cheesy tots are usually fantastic. However, today Iwas severely disappointed, I only ate two of the tots, as there was next to no cheese in them, it just tasted like bland potatoand old bread, and I checked all of the cheesy tots and I cannot find the cheese. I don?t know if it was a fluke or if it?scorporate skimping on the cheese to save a few bucks, but if this continues, there?s no point in selling the tots because no onewill want them anymore. If you?re reading this review, don?t even consider ever going to this establishment. This Burger Kings is the bane of my... existence, an absolute testament to man?s ignorance. It takes one presidential term, two 12 hour layovers, and at least 5 Plutorotations around the sun to get through the drive thru. The employees are so not interested in anything when it comes tocustomer service that I could get better service from my grandmother today if I asked her (she died in 2007). In allseriousness, this is the most god awful Burger King I?ve ever been to in my entire life. This place needs to be completelyleveled, destroyed, and built into something else entirely different because no amount of corporate intervention is going to fixa problem that has been this terrible for this long Please get rid of this Burger King, it made me stop believing in god.
