My daughter and I went to get a couple of coffees and decided we wanted the ones like Mcdonalds offered (the caramel frappe) and... i wanted to get a better and dunkins version of that. Well I got to asking about it on the speaker in drive thru and was helpedby the most chill, kind dude. (later found his name to be Dexter) and he helped me and my daughter order the MOST AMAZING Frozencoffee with 3 caramel swirls, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon dust.. and it made our week! The pride in this location's employees have gone down the toilet! The staff has zero mannersand zero cleaning skills as can be... seen in the photos. It was about 9:30am and almost everything was out. There was one cashier with a large afro that was runninghis bare hands through his hair constantly and then grabbing food out of the cabinet for customers. The whole place was just????????. Read more

Terrible, slow service.. The iced coffee was okay but nothing to write home about. We ordered the 50 count of the munchkins... (assorted flavors). We paid and everything was fine, however after waiting at the 2nd window for 3-5 minutes a worker comes andsays they only have pumpkin spice flavor.. we didn't want 50 if the pumpkin spice so I asked the person to just give us regulardoughnuts instead. At this point I couldn't look at the menu so I just asked them what they would be able to do in compensationof not having what I paid for, the person said they could do 4-5 "regular" sized doughnuts - which is what they ended up givingus in a brown paper bag. Afterwards, looking at the menu the 50 count munchkins are the same price as a dozen "regular"doughnuts. Totally ripped off by this place, and the doughnuts were stale and not desirable. I was happy to see a Dunkin open onsand mountain but definitely won't be back in the near future... Read more
Nice and clean. Staff looks very professional walking around in headsets. It is more of a coffee shop/ Internet cafe than a... donut shop. Nice selection of coffee. Lots of tables. They do sell ice cream. But don?t expect a big selection of donuts. Read more
Who the heck gives someone two orders of hash browns from the bottom of the fryer that have been sitting in oil for a while.. I... love Dunkin's, but man, that's pretty common sense. I'm still going to pick through them though, but It has ruined my morningand stomach for the rest of the day. Read more

I went in here to grab something quick and easy. I walked in and two of the girls where on facetime with someone, and the others... where working. I ordered 2 chai lattes and 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. I hope these girls where high and not dumb.They asked me 3 times what food I ordered and then told me they didn't have everything bagels, which was all okay because I likeplain too! But they have me a have full Chai with no wip cream and one 3/4 why full with wip, and my 2 bagels didn't have anycream cheese but instead white american cheese. They weren't even busy. I stood there for abt 10 minutes trying to ask someoneto fix my bagels but they all ended up going to the back. Read more
