They are always great and hard-working! If there?s a wait, they?re always very kind and apologize profusely, if they get... anything wrong, they correct it and usually give a free extra item. I have never been spoken to so rudely at a public place of business. My daughter and I was at the drive through and before I... could get finished placing my order the rude cashier gave me my total. I told her I wasn?t finished and she said ?well Iwaited?. I gave her the rest of my order and the comments back were nothing but sarcastic and very rude. After being treatedthis way, I decided I didn?t want to eat there so I drove by the window and waved. As we were leaving, going out of the parkinglot, the same rude cashier screamed at us over the drive through speaker!! You could here her at Lowes! Entered Drive-Thru at 10:09am for breakfast on Father's Day. Breakfast ends at 10:30am. Waited over 15 minutes in line, reached... the order mic at 10:25am, and a snappy voice says "Breakfast is over." No other anything--no appology, no anything. Then a worker comes out and runs off 8+ cars at 10:26am--before breakfast is supposed to end--people in line for 15 minutes or more. The DT order taker was rude and rushed me through ordering. When I reached the window, I asked to change an item. Savannah, the... GM said I would have to drive around the building and wait once again in the line stretched ALL the way around the building tomake a change on my order. I refused to do that, just take off the extra items. So, just take 2 items off and I will take therest. She couldn't do that either. When I asked for extra syrup, she said it would be $0.25. My issue is not with paying thesmall amount, my issue is that she was able to ring up the extra syrup, but not the extra French toast sticks platter. Also, themanagers and the "district manager" were VERY rude about it. Then, we get the food, and the quality of the food is horrible.What even is that on our French toast sticks?? The only person there trying to help the situation was the shift manager. I can'trecall her name, maybe Kassey or Cassie!? If your not careful the girl in the morning,that says have a happy day,will trick you. There's a certain price on the menu for... combos,if you don't specifically say you want it in a small size combo,she will say do you want medium or large,like those areyour only choices.
