*****update they have roaches******There's at least 8 people working. The play area for kids is disgusting. There's food and... trash in the play structure and the tables and floors are dirty. The lobby area is dirty and the people working are veryunprofessional. There was a young Hispanic girl yelling across the cooking area about her schedule and her day off and there areother people yelling to coworkers. The soda area is dirty and sticky and the lid holders are dirty with barely any lids. I'm notsure who the managers are but when there was nobody everyone is just standing around I'm afraid to use the bathroom. Came in a2nd time today veterans day changed my review to 1 still dirty and there's roaches. Read more
My mom ordered a quarter pounder with cheese only. She went through the drive-thru and when she got to the window the worker... told her it would be six dollars. My mom noticed after she left and looked at the receipt that she had been charged extra for adonation ( I can?t remember which one) but she was not asked if she wanted to make a donation. Read more
My food was only ever correct about half of the time. The final straw was the last time I went they made my order wrong and they... were willing to replace it. and there was a short black hair in the cheese of the replacement burger. a very nearly vomited.they did always give me fresh fries when I ask though. If I could do zero star I would they never get orders right they don't listen and get attitudes when you go back to the counter... to complain about your order missing something or having the wrong items. Not to mention half the time they don't give you areceipt so you don't have a clue what your ticket number is Read more
I have never had a problem getting something wrong or sub-par replaced before today! I ordered a chicken nuggets kids meal and... a large fry. The happy meal is fine. I called and had to wait for the manager, Alejandro, to get out of the restroom tospeak to him. I told him that my large fry was only half full, that it would fit in a medium container. He asked if I wantedto bring the fries back to get it replaced. I told him I would come back later. I told him that my son was going to go aheadand eat what fries there were. He said I had to bring them back to get them replaced. I said so, you're basically sayingI'm lying to you, He said no, but they have to have them back so they can replace them. They can't waste food. Isn't thatwhat they are going to do? Yeah, I put the catchup covered fries back in the container and I'll take them back later!! Inside order it was a little slow didn't even give us our cups or tell us to get them floor was sticky one of them was cursing... in front of my kids she said s$@$! U to another employee right before taking an order out pulled my burger from the wrapperand got ketchup all over my hand the other one i had was nearly off the bun and they had to pull up and run out almost all thecars while I was there i know because the one had to keep passing us with attitude Read more
Look a the pics. Ordered a fruit & yogurt parfait through the drive thru i received frozen syrup with 3 unrecognisable i guess... its "blueberries" in albertville i was very mad that i decided to go to a different location (boaz) just a couple of min. Laterand still received the same frozen "fruit" but it had tripple the amount. It taste rancid bitter! Horrible! The plain yogurtwasnt bad and it did had a good amount. Its nothing like before that it used to at least have distinguishable fresh lookingfruit! Pitiful! Never again am i buying this! It was my favorite thing to order there but some one very smart decided to cutback on the fresh fruit. SMH! My own personal opinion. I didnt return it just because i wanted to make this review and wanted tosee the difference between different locations. Oh and if you order an iced latte make sure you give the ounces instead of smallmedium or large. Each location is different and they will give you a small cup when ordering a medium in albertville. Whilegoing to other locations they give you the regular medium size drink. Sometimes!... Still mad! Im going home throw away thewanna be fruit and put some real fruit on it. I hate to be wasteful. But im not going to eat something that is maybe expired andnot good tasting and probably end up making me sick... By the way the cashier in albertville was the sweatiest girl ever! Veryyoung girl. I always go late at night and Vonda takes really good care of me. She is one of the friendliest employees I have ever met at... McDonald's. Definitely need more staff like her. Read more
