A little pricy, but that comes with truly a better taste and better quality of pizza!
I called and ordered 2 large pizzas from y'all today, when I arrived to pick them up the guy working was so rude there was no... hey welcome to papa John's he just came to theme register and looked at me I then told him I ordered the 2 large pizzas hegrabbed them and told me my total was 30 something Dollars I went to give him a 100 dollar bill which was all I had on me and hevery rudely stated I'm not taking that while shaking his head I told him this was all I had he said I don't care I'm not takinga 100 especially on a Monday morning the exact time of this was 1:15 p.m. he slid the pizzas away and shrugged his shoulders,what get me most about this is there were no signs posted say that don't take bill big and his attitude and lack of customerservice was so shameful I will not be returning back to this store I hope they find better workers than this. Made a Oder over the phone telling him I didn?t want any kind of ham or pepperoni on my pizza end up having pepperoni and ham... so I called them and told them they gave me the wrong Pizza the guy argue with me about saying that I didn?t mention anythingabout not having any kind of pork product on my pizza he got so mad at me and I told him I wasn?t asking for my money back I wasjust telling you how he messed up my order but he insisted on arguing with me I usually go to Albertville but I am never goingback I usually order every two weeks but after the way he treated me never going back they need to learn how to be polite andprofessional Read more

After recently trying Papa John's for the first time ever, I would give this location 100 stars if possible! My food is always... hot and it's great not full of grease. I placed a delivery order and literally 21 minutes after I hung up the phone the guy was knocking on my door with our food!... We're on the third floor of Microtel Hotel now that's some fast service! Everyone in that store is extremely rude. God forbid the app doesn?t work and you have to call. They won?t take your order then... they will hang up on you. I will never be ordering from this store again. They are a ?single store franchise? that willhopefully be shut down by the end of the year.
