My first impression of this place was WoW, it is so clean. The minute I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted by the... girls. I got help to make the best choice for me. I?ve went here twice now and I have had a great experience with the food, smoothies, and staff. Whoever was working around 5pm... on Sep. 21 was just so kind and helpful. My only complaint is the price. I hate to spend $30 on just two smoothies and 2 fooditems. I will say tho the island green smoothie is so so good and the Santa Fe quesadilla is as well. Read more
terrible service, I went into this store trying to get a smoothie, 8 workers are in the store. Not 1 of them would look up at... me. Not 1 of them said a word to me.not 1 of them even acknowledge me even being there! Is the only way to get service here byordering online? I?ve never experienced a tropical smoothie like this and I will definitely NOT return. Maybe seek outpersonable employees nice employees.and fire the ones you have. Read more

I have ordered through the app/website, in the drive thru, and in the store and everytime was with ease. The employees and... managers are nice and respectful. The food and smoothies are amazing and I love the edible straws option to help prevent morewaste! We need more places like this! Read more
I order here daily. If I would have been doing this review a month ago it would have been 5 stars. Like an above comment it is a... hit or miss. I'm not sure how a smoothie can taste significantly different almost everytime I order. We tend to do our orderingonline and pickup at the store. This past week has been a bad experience. The smoothies are now watered down and the flavor isoff. This place once had the best smoothies ever. Read more
"Healthier" food options and smoothies. I only ate a Thai wrap and didn't try a smoothie but it was good. Could have used more... peanut sauce for my taste but fresh and pretty healthy. Read more
