Hamburgers was so BURNT you couldn't even eat them, we came to get out money back and they was giggling and laughing instead of... getting us what we needed, before we went up there we called 10 different times and they didn't answer at all. I will prob noteat there again. Read more

Usually my go to burger joint. But very disappointed with my drive through order. The fries were soggy and cold.
I usually don't do this but I was really disappointed. Ordered 3 salads and a sandwich for me and my coworkers, really simple... order. I asked for spicy chicken on my salad AND reminded them at the window that one was supposed to be spicy, which wasentirely ignored. I tried to eat the salad with the grilled chicken, but it had obviously been sitting in their heated drawerall day because it completely dried out and tasted like wet dog. Then I tried to eat the salad without the chicken and couldn'tstomach it cause half the lettuce was brown and wilted and tasted off, ended up just having a $12 small fry and coke for lunch(which only had a couple sips in it because they gave me all drinks with extra ice because I asked for extra ice on ONE of thedrinks for one of my coworkers). They also left out the dressing I asked for several time that my coworker wanted. This is thesecond time in two days they messed up our order. Read more
We came in with a group of 32 elementary students on our way to a field trip to the Sand Mountain Splash Pad. We were met with... smiling faces and speedy service! Their manager was so kind to us, greeting our students and making sure we had everything weneeded. Read more
First thing I got to say is that customer service is top notch! Especially the General Manager Russell, with us being a big... family of 8, greets us very well everytime we come and honestly of all the fast food in the areas he makes sure to ask if everything is all alright and ask if we need anything else! Wendy's usually has a great breakfast for quick and on the go. This was our 1st and last time at the Albertville location.... "Baconator" sandwich has literally 2 pieces of bacon. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit has burnt sausage. And the hashbrownwere cold, like cooked yesterday cold. Only customers here, better quality of food could of been served. Read more
We had a great experience at this Wendy's. We were blown away when we got our food instantly after we paid, so there was no... wait. The quality of the food was great as well, which is what I love about Wendy's restaurants. The manager even checked on uswhile we were eating. Read more
