Called to order pizza, kid on the phone was messing with me. When picking up the pizza there were 6 kids behind the counter... messing around and being very unprofessional. On top of all that all the drinks in the cooler had the label facing in so youcouldn't read what the drinks were. Read more
Not sure what to say. Terrible customer service tonight. It has been awhile since I have visited this location. Same lady........ Same attitude. If you don't want to work customer service, don't. There are plenty of jobs with no customers. Read more
Terrible taco pizza. Had about 10 pieces of lettuce and less than a handful of chips. If you are low on supplies, at least say... something about it so we can order something different. Read more

This is by far the worst service I have ever got. I?m a cook in one restaurant and a server/bartender in another and I would... never dismiss responsibility for my own product on a third party. I received my delivered pizza an hour after it had beendropped off in the front entry mail room. Casey?s refused to remake or refund my food because door Dash did the delivery it?stheir fault. I did not hire door dash, I ordered my pizza through the Casey?s app. That makes it their responsibility. I wouldnever treat customers the way that I was treated today. And I love Casey?s pizza, it?s a shame that I can?t order it anymore. Read more
I just moved to the area. Been in this location 3 times for a slice of pizza. They never have any ready.. and they recently said... that can't even sell by the slice because they don't have cardboard holders.. pretty lame. I've never had this issue at anyother location. Casey's pizza is my favorite. Read more
The worst Casey?s I?ve been to. I LOVE Casey?s pizza so much so that we had it twice on our weeklong vacation. Decided to order... some from closer to our house for dinner. It was weirdly spicy and dry. Very disappointing. As far as the actual store, it wasfilthy. 2 employees working. One was completely ignoring the ringing phone and yelling for the guy who was working register toanswer it, even though he had a line of 5 people. I was not greeted by either employee nor was anyone else. I will not be backto this location at all. I will try one a bit farther away next time just to avoid this place. Read more
Extremely disappointed, Pumps not working effectively, card reader errors, dirty toilet and poor customer service. They couldn't... cancel my prepaid gas payment. I can't recommend this location for any type of service.Charged amount still pending and no gaspumped. Read more
