This is the first and last time we?ll try this burger joint! It took 30 minutes for me to get our orders and it was burnt! There... was no adult in sight to supervise these little kids that spend more time talking to each other than making the freakinghamburgers! There were no drink lids, no napkins and the trash was piling up that customers were leaving their bags on top ofthe trash. On top of that, We got food poisoning after eating there. Props to the team working. Called in about not receiving our online delivery order. Door dash claimed our order was delivered... but we found out that it was never picked up. The staff and Manager (Kelly) jumped right in, quickly remade our order, and tookgreat care of us. Awesome customer service! Read more
This was our first time trying this restaurant...and our last. The food was honestly disgusting and I was shocked by the prices... that they get away with charging. I got a veggie sandwich that can that consisted of all old soggy lettuce and mushytomatoes....for $5 (not a burger patty) and didnt include a side or drink. ???????????? We ordered on the app and were crunchedfor time that day so it was a bit frustrating that the app notified us that his food was ready and my son still ended upstanding inside for 15+ minutes waiting to get it. We even ordered it 10 minutes prior. Once he finally got it the employeeremarked that the french fries were cold ??????????? and offered to get him fresh ones. That took another 5 mins but at least weknew and received fresh food. The app notifies you when your food is ready and has you "check-in upon arrival) so I felt like itshould have been checked or noticed that the fries were cold before he was given the bag. Read more

Very excited about the fact that I could eat at this restaurant considering I am gluten free. They offer a cheeseburger with... lettuce wrap or in a bowl. I caution women to not order the cheeseburger, order the little cheeseburger. The cheeseburger hastwo burgers which is a lot of food. The little fries, which is a small fry, I would compare to a large fry at other places. Theyare fresh cut so if you like McDonald's fries you won't like these fries. I thought they were delicious. The only reason I gavethis restaurant a three star rating is because of the cleanliness. Tables were never wiped off, the restaurant was a mess andthe garbages were overflowing. However, the staff was very friendly and patient in the ordering process for those of us who havenever been there before. I recommend going here if you have a fast food craving, however it is very high in calories so ifyou're on a diet watch out. Read more
Great food but overpriced for sure. It's more of a casual dining than fast food, about 20 bucks for a burger and fries. Fries... are usually always good but over salty at most recent visit. The malted milk shake was delicious but way too thick at first todrink through the straw a Mos recent visit too and burger was way smaller than usual. Generally we have a very pleasantexperience at Five Guys in Albertville, for 75 dollars, we expect great food but were very disappointed during our last visit. Read more
Greeted by a friendly young kid who was knowledgable of menu and helped me with order. Ordered a strawberry shake that was... probably best shake I've ever tasted. Bits of yummy strawberries in it and not too thick. Had option of adding whipped cream.The burger was yummy and made fresh, fries definitely tasted healthier then other fast food joints. I couldn't finish friesthey overfilled my cup I had fries left in bag. It took about 10-15 minutes for my food but its all cooked fresh there, notmicrowaved! Read more
It was okay. The vegetarian burger was not how I would have pictured it. Nothing wanted to stay in the bun. Maybe try... portobello mushrooms as a"burger" instead of chopping a bunch of onion and mushrooms that you have to fight with to stay in theburger bun. Fries were amazing though. Read more
