I have been addicted to taco bell for the last couple years; I go to many different locations. I have been to the Albertville... one several times due to that it is next to my office. Sometimes I go eat inside. Every time I go in, a smell of dirty gymlocker room hits you in the face; more times than I can count the seating area has large chunks of mud all over. The tables arealmost never wiped and I have to do it on my own. But more importantly, while dining inside or the drive thru, their food, thesame things I order always at every location, are way smaller at the Albertville location! I don't know if the manager is tryingto get a bonus or if they are not trained well but it sucks. The other day my quasadillia was almost paper thin with only 2very small slices of chicken in it. Pathetic service, slow drive through, unfriendly staff, and my food was a wreck. My food was all there technically but basically... took the ingredients and bagged them...not necessarily how a pizza or burrito should look. Horrible place. I was also told thatthey were not sold out of the pizza and that it was sold out on the sign as a publicity stunt from management. What?!? He wasright. Used to be hot, fresh, and delicious but in the last few months it?s absolutely terrible. I ordered a bean burrito that looked... like it had sat in drawer for a few hours, the beans were so dry it crumbled when I took a bite, literally no cheese or sauce,and it was cold. Nacho belgrande had one little corner of cheese, a huge pile of crumbly beans in the middle, and 3 pieces ofchicken. My friends hard shell tacos were all soggy and cold, and of course they forgot the sauce packets. I unfortunately hadto throw most of it. Disappointing. BUT give TYLER a frickin promotion! Please help. This place is good at making food, but they missed my burrito. I?m upset that they cannot pickup their phone to get... me a new burrito. I know every business and person has their days and moments but this particular visit the employee was very rude. I ordered my... food with no meat and when I got home and was able to eat I noticed there were chunks of ground beef mixed in with the refriedbeans which you could not see until you moved stuff around. I unfortunately was not able to eat my food right away so with thetime that had passed they they would not do anything to fix my order even though I was willing to drive back there food in towso it got tossed along with my money. ???????
