When I get to the drive through the processes was fairly quick untill I paid them... they proceeded to ask me to pull forward... and compeltly forgot about me serving the next 4 vehicles in line. After waiting for over ten minutes I went into the store andthe first thing the employee says when seeing me is and I quote "OH Sh##!" Meaning the food I was waiting for was waiting for mealso. The manager was very apologetic and gave me my food along with 2 free combo meal coupons. He did a great job of handlingthe situation. However when I got home I dicovered my 2 double bacon cheeseburgers were both without bacon and tomatoes, one wasalso missing onions and had the wrong cheese. Never going back to this location. Hit and Miss is exactly how I feel with this Dairy Queen. You either get a solid meal or a dump. It depends on the staff working... there, which is incredibly frustrating. The burgers at best are above average, the fries not so much. I do however love theStrawberry Sundaes there. I always felt like that?s always been taken care of. Place is pretty slow normally and most of the time the fries are cold and seem to be under cooked. Use to be the best DQ in the... area, not anymore. Bathrooms are dirtier than a truck stop bathroom. Read more
Waited in line for the speaker for over 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me because they don't know how to take an order.... The first one was there for lord knows how long trying to get their order placed correctly and the car in front of me had asimilar issue. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with cheese curds and a small pumpkin pie blizzard. Not difficult right? Oof. Theythought I still wanted a drink and then when they repeated the order back and said nothing about cheese curds, I reminded them Iwanted cheese curds "for the side" is exactly what I said. They didn't sub the fries for curds and I got charged full price formy curds and got a side of fries I didn't want. Also, the only napkin I was given was wadded up and thrown on said fries...notappetizing to see because it was clearly crumpled into a wad. Read more
