Needed food for 20 to 25 guest for my wedding rehearsal dinner, called the day before to get pricing, called back later the... night before to place said order for 5pm the very next day and was told order was already placed (which I had not done onprevious call). With it being on a Friday and feeling uneasy about the previous days phone calls I called again for a 3rd timeto confirm the very large order/deliver time (was ensured everything was all set for 5pm sharp) got the full staffs 1st names soI could tip each individual bc I know how hard food services workers work for little pay. 5pm comes along no show, no call, andwhen I call them they place me on hold 3 times. I'm furious and tell them forget about bc they couldn't find my order. I proceedabout my life and 2 hrs later as we are all sitting and eating at a restaurant my wife gets a call on her phone which was neverused to call these numb nuts (so idk how they got the #attached to my order) and it's the driver wanting to know why we arentanswering the door for our deliver, at this point most of our wedding party is starring at the cell on speaker phone in completedisbelief, we couldn't help but laugh at this point. Good pizza, I always order light sauce as im not a big sauce fan. Its awesome how they work with the school kids and give away... pizzas coupons for hitting reading goals. Our kids enjoy it and it rewards there hard work! Read more
The manager, Jason wheeler, is extremely unprofessional and rude. He goes out of his way to belittle and demean his employees... and uses profane language when addressing them. He creates a hostel work environment and uses terror tactics to control hisstaff, to the point its disruptive to services and delivery. The toxic environment He personally creates is not acceptable norproductive for a team leader. It makes the Marks experience a total flop. Such a disappointment. , for an otherwise decentestablishment. Read more

My partner and I decided to give Mark?s a go after numerous failed attempts at another local pizza place. Mark?s is fast,... consistent, and I have had zero issues ordering via website or phone. The price point is slightly higher than average, but I?mwilling to pay to avoid the ?other? place. We?ve tried a huge variety of options, and the only critique I can have is that thefood could use some excess oil blotting (sorry guys)?but you don?t exactly order a pizza for weight watching. Marks is always my to go to when we are hungry and need pizza FAST! Though there is a female employee who I get regularly who... isn't very friendly and doesn't show interest or patience over the phone and makes me feel like I don't want to order again fromthis Albion Marks pizza. On the other hand when I get the employees that are sweet and want to serve you, it makes me reconsiderand because of those excellent employees is why we keep ordering. Congrats on your wonderful staff but I ask that you check theothers who demonstrate the contrary. Read more
