Me and my girlfriend came here a couple of times now and each time it was a terrible experience. Horrible service from different... servers. Ordered drinks and never received them. We will never be returning to this specific location again. Wouldn?t recommendto anyone. Read more
Lauria M was our server. She had no acknowledgment for our son when taking drink order or food order assuming he didn?t want... anything. She brought out our food and went back to get his but she was standing around talking. When she brought his food hischicken tenders had to have been sitting in the window or heated up again. His mozzarella sticks were not even warm so they hadto of been sitting out for some time. Also she dropped of the ticket said we were he last table when we were not even half waythrough our food. We asked for another water and she brought it in a Togo cup. She continued to clean up to leave did not stopby to check on us before she left the restaurant. Very poor service would not be back. Would actually give this location 0stars. Please talk to your staff. Train them if necessary how to talk and greet tables. Customer service is more than taking anorder and collecting tips. I was going to speak to the manager but he was in an interview and after the interview he went to theback right away. Read more
Regular customer here but on Wednesday 7-20 @6pm. AC was still broken, for weeks now. (We still choose to come knowing that)... Ordered chips and salsa, chips were abnormally over salted and stale. Had server Aiysha and she was not attentive to our table,drinks were always empty and ask for items a couple different times. Then at the end that really wanted me to write this reviewis Lisa, bartender, cut off my boyfriend who had 5-6 beers over the span of 3-4 hours? With no explanation as to what he wasdoing or why. Terrible experience. They didn't have the ac on while it was over 100 degrees outside. We heard another waiter tell another... customer that it didn't work. I don't think they should be open at all. Our food took over an hour.. but the bar got all oftheir food right away. On top of it all.. our chicken alfredo was COLD! I would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
Well the person who waited our table was awesome!! But... The table was sticky. Then the *food came... It appeared over cooked... (Ribs) and appeared to be reheated. It was concerning, but, not to worry, we won't dine there ever again. The onion rings weregood, but it will take a lot more than that to bring us back. Service was fine, was informed that they were out of French fries and anything ordered that included it would be substituted,... ordered a meal that included French fries and was charged extra for the substitute? Food came out suspiciously quick, like 5minutes quick, it soon became clear why: Food (chicken) was clearly precooked and reheated upon order, still managed to betasteless and underwhelming, will not be returning. The wife and I go there about once a month!! Great food and service!! Never had a bad experience at this restaurant by cotton... wood!!
