Small but cosey place for a hamburger. The burger was good, but pretty basic. The seasoned fries were on point. The inside is... small and the bar stool seats are even closer. They used crush ice in their drinks. This is a popular place for high-schoolkids. Read more
First and foremost, this place has come a LOOOOOOONG way. I recently moved Albuquerque almost 9 months ago and I've seen this... location go from being understaffed and occasionally closed to being what they are now. Most Lotaburger restaurants are trash. Bad service long waits, and the food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. But I gotta give credit... where credit is due. I was running late this morning and wanted some breakfast. Stopped by this place because it was superconvenient given my location at the time. I asked the cashier if they were still serving breakfast burritos (The cooks werestill cooking them in the back.) She said no because they stopped selling them at 11. It was 11:05. One of the cooks told her inSpanish that she would make me one. (YES!) I had a delicious breakfast burrito in my hand in 5 minutes. And it wasn't mostlypotato either. The bacon was a little undercooked for my taste, but still. Great job ladles! Btw, at less than 6 dollars thebacon burrito is a steal nowadays. Read more
The manager in charge was complaining that she had no days of when holidays came around. I didn?t receive my order until 10... minutes later, keep in mind I had called in my order ahead of time. Everyone else who got there after me received their order.The employees had my order below the counter and gave it to me after everyone left. The manager didn?t even bother to checkbelow the counter for my order. The manager in duty sucks. They need to remove her. Read more
