I don?t understand Blake?s business model. I ordered online with a pickup time of 9:04 am. Instead of being able to go inside to... pick up my order, the lobby was closed. I had to wait in the drive thru while everyone ordered. I was in line for over 30minutes. What?s the point of the online order? And then when I got home, I got the wrong order and the hash browns inside thewere burned. Just a miserable experience. I haven?t been to Blake?s in months. And now I remember why I stopped coming. I always order online because I don't want to wait 20 mins for a burrito, but when I arrived at the time my order was supposed... to be ready I was told that drive-thru and lobby orders are given priority... What? Why even have an online ordering systemthen? That order is equal to any other order - just because I'm not standing there - YET. And fix your drive-thru... honestly- Blakes is not MacDonald's. Use it for online/phone order pickup only. (think: Dion's). Now, back to today's order.... when Iwas told that my online order was not ready, and wouldn't be for 25 minutes AFTER the expected pick-up time, I left for 20 minsand returned to be told that bacon was not available and staff scrambling to find my order, which is now 45 mins after beingplaced online. They found a bag with 2 burritos, but no confidence that it was the correct order. She offered me to open themand check (like many other people were doing), but knowing that any dissatisfaction would result in another 30 mins of waiting,I kindly said "no problem" and left. Of course, when I arrived back home the burritos were not at all what I ordered. Iappreciate the young staff working and "trying" but you need to get some management in there. I've been around the country and around the world and most importantly around this state. Blake's consistently has the worst... customer service. The worst consistency in their products and probably the least capable most poorly trained staff I've everdealt with in any restaurant. But I definitely recommend this location if you want to be refused service for asking for a menuitem, they don't feel like preparing. I can't wait to never attempt to be their customer again. The food here is delicious but the wait can be VERY long. We placed an order for pick up but the dining room was closed so we... had to wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes for food that was probably already ready. Why even bother keeping this location open? It consistently takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive through (because the... lobby doors are always locked for whatever reason) and if you call ahead you still need to wait in the extremely slow drive upline. Then, IF your order is right (which is usually isn't), it's either under cooked or cold. How hard is it to run arestaurant that's had the same menu for decades? Read more

Ridiculous. Placed an online order and can't to pick it up at the promised time. The did are locked! I called and was told to... wait on the drive thru line that was 20 cars deep. I can't cancel the order I've already paid for, so I have to wait 45 minutes!Terrible service. Employees are doing their best, but customers should be made to understand the situation prior to ordering andpaying. Read more

The menu says breakfast all day, yet anytime I've tried to get a breakfast burrito after breakfast hours they are "short... staffed" or just simply not making breakfast anymore. With no one behind or Infront of me, being short staffed is not an excuseas well as I used to work at this location Blake's less than 3 years ago, and it's easy to make breakfast burritos, they arebeing lazy. But would makes sense if they are anything like the managers used to be. Bad place to work, Bad place to eat, theonly orders they can ever get right are the breakfast burritos, when you can get them that is???? Ugh. Where to start? I gave three stars reluctantly. Although the food taste has stayed consistent it is definitely not as good... as it used to be. We, the public, miss the old Blake's. The new Lotaburger management hasn't bombed completely but it's not"better". Customization of orders is completely out the window nowadays. As a person with food allergies, I will only go herefor a soda since I can't trust my food will be correct or modify it at all. I'm not averse to change but it should be better,not lateral or worse in some areas. Read more
