I had to leave one star because they didn?t give option to leave a zero star. Places an order of $65 worth for pick up. My order... was completely wrong called and was told to bring the order back and would replace. Did just that after waiting 30min for neworder that order was also wrong. The little boy cashier laughed thinking it was a joke. Speaking to the manger he refused torefund the money and said it would take 15-25 days to refund. I asked for the store corporate office number and he flipped hiswig refused to give me the number, his name and store managers name/numbe. Sad story I left with no food no refund and no namesor numbers to complain. I will keep looking for corporate and see if someone can make right and refund $65.00. I do notrecommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more

First time to this location as I'm from out of town visiting my son.. the service was great our waitress "Kristina" was great it... was a little bit busy and she did a great job but also noticed all the other staff doing a great job as well..when I come backto visit I'll forsurely be stopping by again .the wings were perfect Read more

We were greeted and seated very promptly. Our orders taken as well. But our waitress has so many tables and was unable to keep... up. Other than that, she was awesome! Food came out fresh and hot. Habenero nachos were the bomb! Read more

I?ve never had such an awful experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and the situation was handled poorly as well. We got there at... 11:23am, it wasn?t busy when we placed our order but it was 1:20pm when we finally decided to question why it was taking so longto get our order. Our server Johnathan didn?t even come to check on us for about 45 minutes. Everyone?s drink was empty andeveryone around us had their food but we were still waiting. So finally me and one other girl decided to ask what was going on.They just gave excuses about the new staff and being short staff, which I understood, but why didn?t our server think ?let mefigure out why this table still hasn?t gotten their food but everyone else around them did.? Just to find out he didn?t evenenter most of our food into the system and what food was entered didn?t even make it to the kitchen staff?s computer. So we sattheir for 2 hours just to be told we would have to wait longer for food because they?d have to resubmit our order but they wereso busy and I had to get to my job at 3pm so most of us left. Truly one of the worst experiences ever. We just went to the otherstore on Wyoming and got our order in 20 minutes which is about how long it took us to get over there. Was at KAFB so thought we'd stop at this location for sone wings. WON'T come to this location again. Had 2 couples waiting to be... seated so thought we could sit at the bar area as we went to sit had someone tell us there's a wait to be seated. AT THE BAR? WOW REALLY?? Never had to wait to be seated at a bar especially when there were several tables empty and all Sunday footballgames were all at half time. Came to our usual Buffalo wild Wings on Coors. I ordered a brisket burger single and I only asked for the cheese to be taken away. The burger was just two patties with some... crispy fried pieces of brisket on it. The staff was helpful in getting another Burger remade but they did not check the foodprior to giving it to me also my order was incomplete so I had to go back multiple times to the counter to get the accurateitems. Nothing against the staff or the kitchen crew but they definitely need to be more detailed in their execution. Read more

Seated at a table that was still dirty. (Someone barely touched it).....as we sat at our table noticed the dining room area was... dirty, food on floor. Needed some manothing. Us the menu i was given still had dried food on it, I placed it on the ledge by ourbooth. Got our server to clean our table. Ordered drinks and our food. The Margarita I ordered had so much ice, there was muchof drink, plus no plastic mini straws to stir the drink, where server asked if I wanted another one. I advised the barbarter didme wrong, advised so much ice, etc....I even advised I added water twice to get more of the alcohol from the ice. Server wasn'teven ok, couldn't understand or hear her, the restaurant was so loud, and we asked server to speak up due my husband & I werehard hearing. We ordered onion rings asked they come first. A woman brought them, didn't bring small plates, we still didn'thave silverware, napkins, nothing. (she didn't ask if we needed anything). Getting our server attention hard. We caught her &asked for plates, she brought ice cold plates (metal pans, with wax paper on them). Why would I want to put hot food on a icecold dish).........this is a training & common sense issue). She didn't keep my water glass filled. (mind you I had "hot"wings). Which make you thirsty. We had to chase her down for to go boxes, and she took forever when paid our bill with giftcard, don't know if she was new, or didn't know how to work the businesses machine for this kind of transaction. Server neveroffer any reason for the delay........ The restaurant did not become busy until later (little, still were not swamped) around 45minutes in to our visit. Recommend skip this location, this location needs some major find tuning on service before they areready for the public. The kitchen area is ready, the floor staff is not. Read more
