If I could give a zero I would. This has happened 3times. Standing in the lobby waiting for someone, ANYONE, to acknowledge me.... Several (and I'm talking like at least 10) staff made eye contact with and help me. 20 minutes pass until I have to physicallyfind someone to assist me with service. Not even a "hello, be right with you". I will also mention that every time this hashappened the were VERY few or no customers in house. This last time, a family walked in behind me and a waitress walked rightpast me to help them. I never complained to them before because I understand we can't always be "on", and mistakes happen, but 3times is ridiculous and has gone beyond the realm of mistakes. The service is bad. The food is really great most of the time,the staff just need to be retrained. Read more

I am in town for work and ate both lunch and dinner here. Lunch was satisfying and extremely cost effective. Two beers and a... chicken wrap with 20% tip for barely over 20 bucks. The bartender at lunch was on top of her stuff and ran the whole restaurantit seemed as it was slow hours but there were still a fair amount of patrons. Dinner I experienced the same great service but Imade the terrible mistake of ordering the boneless pizza ???? SO. MUCH. SAUCE. It literally drowned the whole pizza and wasextremely tangy and sweet. I?ve eaten countless pizzas and have never not finished what was in front of me- this was afirst. Nevertheless I maintain five stars because I won?t blame the restaraunt for corporates terrible ideas. I am crazy enoughto order this again tomorrow with no sauce (or on the side) because the concept is great but the execution was terrible in myopinion. See you tomorrow! Read more

Rude female counter clerk rolled her eyes at me when she couldn?t locate my moms order yet her manager knew, she should?ve... located her boss if she couldn?t have found it right away. The male manager was actually quite friendly both at the desk and onthe phone when apologizing for forgetting my carrots and celery. Hence why I gave 3 stars for the review. Also to mention theway the boxes were packed were sloppy everything was slopped in the containers. I drive professionally and follow the postedspeed limits so it?s highly impossible things got jostled especially how neatly they were packed. Given the rude female counterattendant I won?t be coming to this location most likely again. If I do decide to return here I will be conducting a in depthfood review on here and updating it. Worst wings I have ever ate! Crunchy and dried out. Felt like I was eating chicharron! Didn't even ask for a to go box.

It looked like this place wasn't cleaned up the entire time it had been opened.This place wasn't busy, it was a Monday football... was on it was the playoffs. We ordered and took 30 mins or longer to get the food. When they brought the food out it was justthrown together on the trays. My food didn't come out till everyone else was finished eating another 29 min later. Then itwasn't what I ordered. Waitress never refilled drinks.There were plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing. Everyone'sfries were cold, one person's wings were dowsed in sauce another's looked over cooked and burnt. The burgers didn't look goodeither.I will never stop here again. This place was just nasty. I placed an online order for me and my family to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. I picked up my order and before I left the... restaurant noticed half my order was missing. I went back to inform the cashier which looked up my order. He started the wings Iordered were unavailable. I showed him my receipt that I paid for them to which he called a supervisor. The supervisor neveraddressed me only told the cashier that I would NOT get my money back. The cashier told him I didn't want my money back onlywhat I ordered.I was then told to wait and they would get my the wings I ordered. I waited another 20-25 minutes. I finally gothome. My order that I had first picked up was cold. This is the second time I had issues ordering from this location. Read more

We are frequent visitors to this location at least once or twice a week typically we get good service, sometimes blew par but... we never complain. Tonight was by far the worst dining experience. We waited 15-20 minutes for an appetizer that wasn?t evengoing to come. I asked the server for ranch because I forgot to order it when we placed our order. It wasn?t until then that hetold me that they were out of the appetizer we ordered but that he had put something else in instead not even asking us orletting us know. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes they then brought out my families food, my sons fries were Rock hard andcold. No excuse for that after the long wait. My food still hasn?t come out I asked a server passing by to get a manager. Whenthe manager came over we explained to her that we waited never got the appetizer and how my sons fries were cold and hard weeven made her feel them for herself. Again still waiting for my food my family was completely done with their food besides thefries my son was waiting for. The manager said she would apply a discount. Okay cool whatever. When we got our check all thatwas applied was a $5 off. I asked manager after the long wait, hard cold food, and my family being done before my food even cameout all we were getting was basically the salad free. She said because she brought us fresh fries that?s all she can do. Againwe never complain this isn?t the first time we?ve had bad experiences but now after tonight I will not be going back to thislocation. Poor customer service! The male manager is also always just standing around and not helping every time you just seehim talking to bar customers or standing in the corner. I?ve been a manager in multiple restaurants and as a manager he shouldbe helping where help is needed. Read more
