The platter was good choice to try everything in single order. Taste is average for me. Price consider cheap.
Wish we had read the reviews before we came to this location last night. We were starving and just trying to get some dinner... before driving almost 2 hours back home. We didn't mind the 20 minute wait for a table. We understand that a lot of places areshort staffed and that's fine. However, I wish our server would have mentioned that there would also be a longer wait thannormal for the food, as they only had 2 cooks. We arrived a few minutes after 8pm, got seated 20 minutes later, got our drinksright away, ordered a few minutes after that and only saw our server twice during the hour and a half we waited for our meals.Seems like a lot of the servers stood around or sat around a lot, conversing or choosing music to play. When the food finallycame out, it was a little disappointing to be honest. The fries tasted old or seemed like maybe they were reheated, and thewings weren't very warm. The mac n cheese I ordered seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. We were just so hungry by thatpoint that we didn't want to wait longer if we were gonna send anything back. The manager did comp our sides for the wait andthat was appreciated, but I just wish we had been better informed of the wait time. We didn?t even eat, waited at the front for a hostess for over 15 minutes. This place was half empty, plenty of open seats for... my family and the family in front of us also waiting, an a single employee acknowledging we were there. Finally someone came togreet us, but instead of seating my family we were told it was going to be a 30 minute wait. The hostess response to me askingwhy when half the restaurant is empty was they were not seating on that half of the place. I will not wait 30 minutes in anempty restaurant. Read more
There is some good and some bad going on with BWW. Starting with the bad... no one to greet you at the door. I thought we had... come in the wrong entrance or something. When we looked around for a hostess station we were asked if we were looking forsomeone. Lol. The person said "just pick any seat and we'll get to you as soon as we can." Didn't exactly inspire confidence. That's all the bad news... Dawson was the highlight of our visit. He was friendly and helpful. Very personable too. Dawsongets 5 ????! He helped us pick sauces, got us water promptly, and explained menu items. He was great!!! It actually seemedlike he was the only server because we was everywhere... server ????ninja ????. Wings were GREAT! We got original Buffalo,poppin jalapeño. Asian zing, and spicy garlic. Blown away! I loved the spicey!! Lov'n the burn!!! This experience was ONLYgreat because of Dawson... I came to this restaurant over the weekend. And even tho I can?t complain about the food I have toa say that the music was... extremely loud . I understand that it?s a sports restaurant bar , but even our waitress said that she couldn?t hear us when weshe was taking our order . Honestly this place has went down hill. We?ve come a few times (due to gift cards) and the service is very slow. No one greeted... us at the front or anywhere. We sat at the bar probably 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Beer pours were awful (tons offoam) and the food was lukewarm. We didn?t say anything about the temp of the food as we had waited a long time. The place wasmostly empty too. Staff had part of the front doors locked, only one door unlocked to come inside. This place became as a joke I ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich looks like a mess the bun is saggy... and the chicken looks old. The food here is delicious, but I would definitely get it to go. The place was dirty. They also took forever to deliver the... food, it was Luke warm when I finally got it and that was after 30 minutes of waiting for the waitress. Though she was niceenough. We ordered chicken sandwiches (1 with honey BBQ & 1 with garlic parmesan). When we ordered she asked if we wanted tochange our fries to some thing else.
