The place was packed full of people at every table. The front had several people waiting for food to go, to be seated, and to... order food to go. I ordered my to go food and it took quite a while to get it. They would bring food out and quietly call outthe person's name and then place it on a metal shelf. There were several delivery drivers that needed help making sure the foodorder was correct for the right person and no one helped them. When I got my meals I checked to see if all 52$ worth of food wasin this small bag. It was and I left. When I got home the wings had at least 5 different dipping sauces that were all different.The pickles were great. The worst and most disgusting part of the meal was the salad I ordered. It was so wrong. I looked at myreceipt and It was the way I ordered it on their but not what I got. I got a chicken salad with blue cheese, onion, and some hotred powdery stuff. The hot chicken wilted a great amount of the lettuce and/or it was just very old and slimy lettuce. Not goingto eat there ever again. Read more
Disappointed. Take out food was ready 20 mins after the stated time. Wings are cold, pretzels was from the day before. No... cheese dip at all. One and done Responding BWW: ?Make it right? is just marketing/PR talk. Since you didn?t put any work intomy food order why don?t you put the work into ?making it right? instead of asking the customer to dedicate more time to a lousymeal. Definitely would not eat here... The Fact that Marcus the so called Manager who wanted to make it clear he was the main person... wanted to get confrontational.. Lol i eat at BWW all over the Southwest and the idea that in your mind this is acceptable showsyour experience... Was able to order 4 flavors for 20 wings which was a good deal. Pictured are 10 Asian Zing, 5 Medium and 5 Honey BBQ. I... personally liked the Asian Zing flavor the most and my one gripe was not enough veggies were included as a side. Otherwise,location was clean and service was good, next time I?ll definitely try bone-in wings. Read more
First off I'm not one to complain, but I was not impressed this go around at b-dubs. My wings were decent but came out without... carrots or celery, the server was far more busy elsewhere for us to have enjoyable (or even up to par) service. It was a busyhour, around 6pm but I saw multiple servers with much less on their plate, so I'm not blaming our server. On the other side ofthe coin, my nephew got a brisket burger that was delicious...I tried some of the brisket that fell out of his burger and I wasimpressed as the amateur smoked meat enthusiast that I am. My server today, Brandy was an absolute dream of a server. Extremely kind and attentive and made sure I was always updated on... the status of my food. Everything I ordered came out hot and just as I ordered. This is my first time visiting this location andI will be returning soon! I am even going home with boxes of food for later. Took family of five out for dinner waitresses ask what we wanted to drink my daughter and I asked for coffee and were told they... don't have coffee. I asked to see the manager after 30 min some lady with purple hair came to speak to me and said they don'thave coffee at all and they have not been supplied with coffee for a while now.. I asked why they couldn't get it locally andshe said it has to be order through their system.the funny thing is they have coffee as a drink option on the menu. When Ipointed that out she said ill let them know. It seems like every time I go to Buffalo wild wings and ask for coffee I seem toget the same story the last time I came I was told the same story and when the manager asked how things were going I shared thestory about them not having coffee and he went to the back him self and came out with a cup of fresh brewed coffee he statedthat the writers are sometimes lazy to make it. Left this place worse than when I showed up. Waited an hour for wings and saw not 1 table get bussed. Bussed our own table. ... The wings were cold and dry when we got them 1.3 hours after ordering them. They forgot half the items. On the way to ask thebartender for help, ended up bottom over top in cold water. After the manager came out to talk to me, they put up a wet floorsign (not clean it or anything) and tried to convince me the seating area was a servers only area. The story has more detailsand none of them flattering. Have loved BWW in Dallas for years and this was just the opposite of everything I loved. The bestthing about the experience was the patrons nearby rushed to my aid as the staff was nowhere to be found, save the bravebartender... Posting this cause Google prompted me to. *Addition: though I spoke to a manager there and then, the establishmentreached out to me here as if wasting my time with them will change anything for me, them, or other customers.
