Employees are great, food has gone down hill. It's not the WHOPPER anymore it's the whopper. place needs to be Remodeled Bad!!
We went through drive thru, not even busy the girl forgot half out order and my husband debit card. I feel see did this to... distract us. We went back for it, she at first said she didn't have it, then she got it out of her pocket and not even from thecash register ????????heads up for all others who work hard.! Not sure what the problem is, but I am guessing this location is understaffed. I walked in and waited 5 minutes then was to to... hang on, then waited another few minutes with no help. Decided to grab lunch somewhere else. Thank you Joe for keeping people athome, happily unemployed. Read more
Clean facility with kid play area. The chicken sandwich is OK, spicy chicken sandwich is better. The flame broiled hamburger... pattys are bland compared to yesteryear's. They seem to mess up the orders at this location but that happens. Read more
Burger King on Alameda & I-25 in Albuquerque. This place is pretty good. It's great that they've got a huge area for the kids... to run around in, but the play structure itself is pretty tiny. I eat at this particular Burger King probably about once amonth but it seems like it's never quite as good as the one on Wyoming and Spain for some reason. The people are friendly, butthey never seem overly concerned with getting your food to you quickly. I gave it four stars because it's clean, reasonablypriced and the food is pretty good. Personally, though, I prefer the one on Wyoming & Spain. Read more
I'm kind of confused because I've shown up the last couple of weeks and there's been nobody Working or they're just flat out... hiding and ignoring me. Don't remember what time I showed up last weekend, so I won't use that as an example but the same thinghappened today. I showed up around 6:45 AM to get some breakfast before I go to work. There's a few cars in the parking lotwhich I assume were the workers. I go to the drive-through ask if someone's there or if they are open Or simply just sayinghello. To no Avail as I said ignored or there was simply no one there. I Google the hours and supposedly they've been Open foralmost an hour at this point. This is a shame, because I actually like the food especially the breakfast. And they have agentleman who works drive-through, who I actually taught they were capable of using Google pay or Samsung pay with a customer'sphone. We had a discussion about not everything being Apple pay.. Point being that hes a good employee and made pleasantconversation and was always helpful. So I don't like giving bad reviews to restaurants I enjoy, however this being the 2nd timeIt's very That's pretty. I used to be a restaurant owner myself of a franchise and I would have cherished any kind of reviewgood or bad to help make my establishment a better place. Don't No the owners so not sure they even care.. The icing on thecake tho, I drive A little way to the other Burger King located off of Wyoming boulevard and Spain road. Lowen behold they areactually open and very helpful very nice rate pleasant and gave me a deal on some breakfast items that I wasn't aware of , so hecould have taken more money and I would have Not been the wiser.
