Terrible customer service, completely rude. Me and my friends came to get some food, we didn't know the food court doesn't open... till 11 so we were standing there waiting for him to come over. I bought two sandwiches, both had no garnishment. The workers were dancing and making a fool of out themselves. The quality and... the customer service has gone down a lot, very disappointed. Normally, I absolutely love to come here to eat after shopping with my Significant other. He will go to get some Chinese and ill... get the chicken Philly cheese steak sandwich... unfortunately tonight was an exception. We approached and didn't think anythingof it at first. I also don't have my glasses on so from far distances I have issues with seeing. As we got closer in line myFiancé noticed that NONE of the clerks at this restaurant wore masks. Not even the cooks! My family regularly orders takeout from this Charleys location every couple of weeks. The food is consistently very good.... However, tonight after shopping in the mall we attempted to order takeout at this location (in the mall food court). We weretold by the cook that at 6:15pm it was too late to order because the location closes at 7pm. However, the cashier let my husbandknow that they were continuing to make sandwiches for online orders. We ordered our takeout online, which was ready within 15minutes (still 20 minutes before the restaurant was due to close). When we picked up the order we were told by the cook that ifwe ever "did this again" our order would be refunded and not fulfilled. While this is a favorite spot for our children, we willnot be returning to Charleys with such rude service. Read more

My 2nd time here. It was good the first time so I came back. I order the regular Philly cheesesteak. Made to order Fries are... nice n crispy as well. Also I recommend downloading the Charleys app. You'll save $5. I keep forgetting but just a tip. Read more
