Ordered a medium pizza for pickup with ?The Classic? toppings. Smelled delicious on the way home, however when trying to serve... my family we discovered the cheese wasn?t even melted. Being Chicago style pizza with the cheese beneath the sauce this isn?treadily apparent. I?m not going to speculate what was/wasn?t done but I am disappointed with the result. We drove 250 miles to eat lunch at this establishment and it was even better than we ever expected. This is true Chicago Deep... Dish just like you get in Chicago. It was perfect. I recently started going to the Gibson location and thought the last few pizzas were pretty solid. Don't want to get anyone in... trouble, but tonight's was a disaster. I placed an order online and for some reason there were some technical difficulties and Iwas told it would be just a few minutes (things happen, I understand). I waited for just under 10 which leads me to believe theyscrambled to make my order as quick as possible. The gentleman helping me was nice enough, but the pizza I got was ridiculous.Based on my previous experience, I wouldn't even think this food came from the same place if I hadn't picked it up myself (Iused to pick up a lot from the Eubank location and I'm pretty familiar with the product). All I ordered was a 14" pepperoni, andpictured is what I received. Never had the pepperonis under the cheese before. And just tons of cheese. The mess on top justfalls off because it wasn't cooked very well. If I already had to wait, it should have at least been done right. Never had onefrom Chicago Pizza Kitchen like this before. I really enjoyed the pizza. The atmosphere was awesome! They had two knights in there and had cats on the TV! Pizza itself was... delicious! I was worried when it came that the crust might be too hard but it was just perfectly crispy. I would 100% come backand I plan to with my pizza-loving husband! This was the place we choose for 4th of July that was open till 10pm. We are glad we choose this place because the pizza and... salad were fresh. The hot wings were decent and nothing to brag. However, the pizza, bread sticks and salad were on point. Theyoffered wide varieties of selections and sizes. Just the perfect portions for each selection. I will definitely be returningagain. This is not Chicago deep dish pizza. I ordered a deep dish and it was ready in 10 minutes? How is this possible if it is fresh... dough and ingredients? It can't. This is frozen all the way. When I order a pizza at Geno's east in Chicago it takes a minimumof 35 to 45 minutes to arrive at the table. The business also claims to be veteran owned yet I couldn't get a veteran discount.The owner always responds to reviews with flippant answer and takes no responsibility. I guarantee he will respond placing blameon everyone else. Read all the reviews and you'll understand. The worst domino's pizza is better than this terrible place in theworst part of Albuquerque. When a sign on the door states that the owner is armed and will protect the property at all costs isa good indication. I recently moved here and had no idea. Stay away. I await the owners negative reply as his ego can't stop himbased on the reviews. And someone owns an old pink Land Rover. Read more
