The food is usually good, and the prices are not to bad compared to other establishments of the same kind, but they may need to... practice more sanitary procedures to insure clean surfaces, pans, dishes, silverware and frequently touched areas are sanitized.I got sick twice after leaving this place. My family went to Chili's for dinner on 9-14-22. The staff was AMAZING! The food was great. We had the best waitress. She was... fantastic. And the manager on site was totally awesome. We couldn't have had a better time and meal. Thank you. Read more
Food was great but service is so slow and expect to be there waiting for more than an hour for your food. We got sat promptly... and waiter came 6 minutes after we sat to get drink orders and then another 10 minutes get food order. Then about 46 minutes toget food into our tables. We were about to leave since my father felt hypoglycemic and that?s when the food came to our tables.Food was perfectly seasoned and it warmth. Waiter was friendly and very understanding. Management needs to hire more staff.There is no reason why they should have business running with short staff especially on Friday nights. Read more
Always love Chili's!!! I ordered shrimp fajitas and they were great. It was 11:30, lunch time. I thought I ordered the lunch but... ready to pay and it was dinner size. I'll never make that mistake again. Our waiter was great. Read more
The staff were nice. The appetizers were good, but our entrees were disappointing. I usually go to the chili's in Bernalillo... and the food is delicious. My burger looked sad and overcooked and was missing ingredients and didn't have any flavor. We hadcame here to eat before and the food was also not very good compared to othechili's, but we decided to give it another try andregret coming back. Read more
Very good food, we got the 2 for $30. Our server was Desiree, great service. We both got cesear salads and the 8 oz steak. With... some desert after. Will definitely come again, thanks! The bathrooms were also very clean. Read more
Great service, very good food. Our waitress even gave us extra sauce for our leftover pasta.
