You should never walk into a restaurant and question the condition of the kitchen based on the front of the house but tonight... that is exactly what happened. Upon opening the door, we noticed the handle was caked with grime and the filth only got worse. Our table was only partially wiped down (food still stuck), benches had not been cleaned and I was unable to lean back due to a slimy substance dripped down the front. The floor under our table and all around us was completely trashed and covered insmashed food, dirty napkins, and other debris. The window partitions were disgusting and looked as if they have never beencleaned. The menus were sticky as was the kiosk on the table. Needless to say, we did not dine here. I spoke to the manager whoexplained they had been busy and did not have the time to clean which in all honesty is a poor excuse and unacceptable. It was9pm when we arrived, I saw several staff standing around and the resturant was not busy. I am understanding to the difficulty offinding people to work but as a buisness owner myself, the condition of this restaurant is deplorable and is at the highestlevel of being unsanitary and unsafe. It's dirty. Clean table was not, it was sticky. Server wore no mask, waiter did. The electronic gadget on the table needed to be... cleaned. It was filthy on the back side, the side the customers see. Mustard bottle was sticky. We were hungry, stayed and ate.The food was ok. Last time at this location. Read more

From what I experience 5 years ago at this location, I had a really bad review for Chili's, but I would like to have a second... opinion. They have upgraded with additional interior design , and more CDC seating guidelines,they have improve with customerservice as well as their meals. This is a great chilies location. The service is fast and food is good. This restaurants has lots of options and the prices... are very reasonable. There is a great rewards program that allows you to get a free appetizer on every visit. There are plentyof we'll portions meals that can be easily shared. There are also great deals that include your beverage for 10$ this is theonly restaurant that I have seen offer this. There are vegetarian options as well as meaty meals. Overall a great chainrestaurant always very well kept/managed. Drink specials are also excellent and the bar area and dining room has plenty oftelevisions playing different sports. The tables and chairs are very well appointed and spacious. The booths often have theability to adjust which is a great feature. Update: my wife & I just ate here. Went cheap using their 3 for $10 deal and wow - was it fantastic! Flavored tea, a small... salad, 6 oz steak (topped with garlic butter), broccoli & loaded mashed potatoes. That was the most tender steak I?ve ever hadat Chili?s. Bianca was our server and she really brightened our day. We split a free (birthday) cookie with ice cream and we arestuffed! Keep this up & we?ll be regulars! I used to enjoy coming to this location but this last time was not a good experience. We were served by Max and he only checked... on us twice for the entire hour we were there for. The food I ordered came with fries but I didn?t receive any when it was readyand delivered to my table. And when I asked about it the girl delivering the food seemed irritated. Max also seemed to try andmake us feel bad for him. Like when he went to cash us out, he let out a big sigh and said ?dang the last table didn?t tip me atall? and that was one of the few interactions we had. He also stood over my shoulder and crossed his arms while I was trying toget my money together. And he didn?t even say have a good night. He just said thanks and turned around and went into the back.We didn?t see him for the rest of the night. I will not be returning to this location because of how uncomfortable theexperience was.
