Food is typical bar food. Burger was good, potatoes arrived cold. Had to ask to have them heated, not reheat ed. When they... didn't come back from the kitchen after a while I asked if they would be served. They arrived well after my burger wasfinished. The bartender was doing his best to serve. Update 09262022 There service is a bit slow, at least for me, but they are doing great to compensate and serve you! Without me... even complaining or arguing, they rectify issuesquickly. Their customer service has improved greatly!! Think they arestruggling with staff as most places, but they are definitely customer focused! I definitely recommend coming to thislocation! ------?---------------------------------- OK another chain. Personally, never expect much. However this is becominga great location! So I realize in the past this location has not had the most attentive staff. However the last three timeshave been here they've done remarkably well! They're very helpful! And even when my food took a bit longer to come out. I didnot even mention it to them, but they gave me a discount because THEY realized it took so long! A+ in my book! Read more
I really should have just read the reviews. Chili's in OK have been good. This one was terrible. I ordered the crab... pasta... it tasted as if it had sat out all day then was reheated in the microwave. The cheese was actually crusty,seriously, as if it had been microwaved. The crab was fishy too as if it had sat out for a long time. I'm not trying to be ajerk but that was not worth $48, yes I paid for it even though I only ate half of it. My husband bought the Asado because he'sCuban. He ate half of the rice and beans and wouldn't touch their so called "asado". I may throw up tonight, that's shockingto think about because I have a cast iron stomach but I really DO NOT feel good. The waitress was nice, we tipped. Buy Idefinitely won't be back especially because it was my husband's first time at a Chili's and it was such a disaster. I won'teven be able to get him into a good one now. We went in tonight and no complaints about the server Christine. She was great. However the burgers were wrong and completely... burnt. We sent both back as my son's was burnt and had jalapenos on it. My husband's burger should have been medium but thepatty was smashed and burnt. It took the manager ten minutes to come to the table. It took another 15 minutes after we got ourson's second burnt burger back in which they used the same plate and bun with jalapenos still on the plate and fries were cold.We asked for the manager again. It took almost another fifteen minutes before the manager would come out. He would not even lookmy husband in the eye. We asked for the DL number, joe singer, and never saw the manager again. We understand things happen aswe both are in the business. However to make 3burgers completely burnt and with no sense of urgency to make things right.. isunacceptable. Not to mention they pressed the burger which is not to standard.. the cooks and manager need to be retrained. Theserver however, after asking the manager to speak with us 3 times, did comp our meal. She did get tipped as she did the best shecould and was very apologetic. We're not ones to punish a server based on the shortcomings of the management and kitchen staff. Read more
This is the 3rd time I have been to this facility. Was definitely not impressed with my first 2 visits. This 3rd visit, had it... been my first, would've given me a totally different impression. We had the best waitress ever! Kudos to Alexa! The service sheprovided was outstanding and the food was the best that we have had here! Read more
Everytime we have been to this Chili's location we have been pleasantly surprised by the service. Usually a new location has a... few hiccups when first opening but I have always had good food and even better service at this location. Even though I have seenthem short-staffed a couple times the employees always manage to step up and work together as a team. This visit we were waitedon by Carmella, she was excellent. I also would like to commend the hostess Donna, she really stepped up and was helpful inevery department. She's a keeper! Read more
So ordered thru the app from this Chili's location for the first time, my grip has nothing to do with the delivery or workers... that made the food its corporate. When did they change the original chicken crispers? They went from thick well breaded tosmall, thin, and tough dry chicken with min breading. Not very happy with this location at all! Been there three times every time either ride employees extremely long wait times or... bad food Tonight was bad bad god I ordered the fajitas ( steak ) my girlfriend got a pasta hers seemed fine my steak was awfultold the waitress and she was able to get 10$ off I ate 2 pieces of meat sent the whole thing back there was nothing they coulddo.
