First, lemme say that the wait was minimal which was nice. Our server was an energetic young lady but she lacked attentiveness.... She initially took our appetizer order and failed to return to take our main order and everything became extra delayed. When along while passed and we Still hadn't ordered-- we tried to track down our server and she was just not around. We ended upreceiving Both the appetizer and main dish At the Same time. I love chili?s! I was so excited because it?s close to us.. But this one was horrible! Went there for my bday. The wait was... forever long.. and they kept saying we were next but others would go in front of us. There was only two of us! Our server neverchecked on us! We ordered beer and she never brought it but still charged us for it and when we told her she rolled her eyes!It?s not my fault you can?t do your job! We'll give this location one more try! Our first time at this location our appetizer came out almost when our dinner did. Or... fajita trio had little meat on the plate and it was brought out in sections they forgot our guacamole and took like 10 minutesto bring it out. The drinks didn't get refilled and my wife ordered a margarita and it took forever to get that. I understandthey are a new location and is training so that's why I said I'll give it one more try. Nice environment, workers very nice and attentive from front door when walked in to time walked out. Was not too busy at first... but time passed got busy. Had a long wait after we ordered for our food , when it came it was cold. They immediately took itback correct it. They consistently kept us updated on delays, as they offered refills, checking in too see if ok, neededanything. Management also came to the table to explain delays. Take it we never asked for management or an explanation, justassumed they had lots orders. Management from front door waiting area also checked to see if we had been attended and we hadnot been there even 10 minutes. Before we left management again came too our table apologized, explanation, and stated next triplet know desert on them. There were two management males that came out, one was to our table, other to table next too us.Neither table had issue or complaining as far as I knew. Turns out they were out 2 cooks and think management was cooking.Things appeared calming and stress free environment. I'd surely go back. I've come to expect a certain level of quality of food when I come to Chilli's. It's a good level which keeps me coming back.... However, this new place was exceptional. Food exceeded my expectations and the service was great. Keep it up guys! Doingawesome! Read more
It?s still a fairly new restaurant so they?re working on getting things right. The service was good but the food was lacking a... bit. It was dreary looking and unappealing. The tray was lacking. Perhaps some garnish or something to give the dish somepop. The southwest egg rolls were a bit greasy & needed to have 2 sauces instead of one. Even the potato soup was a bit plain.If they work on presentation & flavor then possibly they?ll get a 5th star. Read more
This was the 3rd time in here since they opened. 1st and 2nd times we're great. But they forgot about us,spent 2.5 hours in... there the 3rd time. Then they brought out the wrong food? Management tried to make it better? So gave us a discount. It's a newrestaurant down here .So should we be ok with it taking 2.5 hours so they can work out their problems? I say no because they areChili's, the should have this working like a glove. I'm giving 2 stars, I hope this gets fixed by the next time we go in. Read more
I went out with friends after special church services. The place was packed. But the staff was on top of everything. The... waitress even tho things were busy was helpful and nice. And stopped by our table to see if everthing was good and if we neededanything. A nice place to dine Read more
