Took a chance with this location after I went inside a few months ago. It was filthy then and had roaches. Apparently, city... inspectors shut it down and it was corrected. Glancing inside, the place needs more help. But my reason for writing a complaintis because I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich combos. Chicken was hard and tasted terrible, the fries and okra tasted justthe same. You could easily tell that oil was used at least theee times. I can't say if all other Church's are like this but this was absolutely horrible. Pretty much gave me fried bones and a biscuit.... Fried Okra was mid and the place had ants crawling all over the dining area. Very disappointed. Read more
I noticed that they had downsized their food sizes as most other restaurants have. Their regular size French fries are now the... size of a small fry @ other places, and their family - sized sides have decreased as well. This location also had their lobbyclosed, I'm not sure why, so only their drive thru was open. The person @ the drive thru did not include any serviceware to eatthe macaroni and cheese with, nor ketchup for their french fries. I tried waiting @ their drive thru window for several minutes,to see if I could get those items. Even having several cars backed up behind me, they did not have a sense of urgency, and didnot try to open their drive thru window in order to see why I was still waiting, and running uP their speed of service ( SOS )time's. The prices are worth the visit especially for a large family. Definitely check your order as they always forget something. Not... always the cleanest place. Had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru one time because there was only one person working. Read more
Second time to this location well actually 3rd time but the second time I was not served because it would take 20 minutes to... cook chicken strips and they said they closed in 45 minutes so Im assuming they already were shuting down while still opened.Bad service 1st time and yet again bad service. The crew are very rude. Manerger is very distracted on her phone both visits. Weordered at the drive Thur the dining room is always closed. They forgot to give us our mac n cheese again just like the firsttime. The manager was standing there on her phone while we tried to get her attention finally she came to the door. For the next10 minutes the mac n cheese sat on the counter we could see it from the door while the manager was on her phone. We got tired ofwaiting for her to give it to us she knew we were there but still just would look up and then look back at her phone. Finally wejust walked up to the drive thur window. They must of gave us the bottom of the barrel it was not good. The corn on the cob wassmushy for lack of a better word had to be at least a day old or more im not sure but it was not freash, not good. Overallexperience with this location is trash. My family will not be going back. Other locations here in Albuquerque are usually verygood this one is just closest to my home. I knew we shouldn't have went back but thought they were just having a bad day theother times you know it happens. I reached out to corporate but it was obvious they do not care because they did not return mycall. After spending close to $70 you would think you would get better quality food. I love churchs...but this location absolute worst...chicken mega over fried. It became hard,my fries are obviously not fresh. My... mac n cheese is gross weird smell and even the coke was bad ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HERE only acceptable thing is the biscuit... Read more

Love this place but. I ordered and had to return for my mash potatoes. Accessibility had to get to drive when lobby closed at... all hrs of the day. Just drive thru. They fixed my order but glad I checked bag cause my family would had my head if I screwedorder up. Got 2 lrg sides for the mistake. Read more
