Really excellent customer service at this Cold Stone Creamery location on Central. They had some issues with a custom cake order... that I placed, and it wasn't ready when it should have been. So I never leave reviews but I was actually offended. As I was about to walk to the entrance the worker locks the door. It was... 9:52 pm and I know they close at 10 but there were still people inside. I feel like this worker made it a point to lock the doorright as I was about to go in for whatever reason cuz she locked it loudly which apparently is possible... who knew! They would not let me order while holding my toy poodle. I had no place to leave the dog today, and my daughter really wanted... ice cream. I tried to ask if I could order online or stand outside and order from one of the three employees standing there, butshe kept repeating the same words, which sound super condescending. I could barely hear her with our masks in the way. In theend, I tried to send my five year old in with a credit card but a nice customer ended up buying her the ice cream. I got theimpression they really don?t want to do more than they have to. I know you can say ?policy,? but I have never had this problemanywhere else around here, and she is clean and I don?t put her down.
