It took forever to get a waiter because he was standing in the corner talking with friends. When he finally showed up he took my... drink order I told him I wasn't quite ready not sure what I wanted I had to find him to place my order my order never got moreto drink without asking. Vegetarian omelette two sides of extra crispy bacon and these delicious Cinnabon pancakes I wish I could do it all over again
I know getting people to actually do their job is tough and this Denny's is no exception. We ordered a regular cobb salad and a... sizzling chicken skillet. The salad was brought with chicken on it and no dressing. We waited, our server didn't come back.Hubby finally flagged her down and she brought two tiny containers of dressing. We ate some salad but the chicken skillet nevercame and neither did our server. He finally got up, went to the counter where 3 employees were chatting and inquired about theskillet and asked for more dressing. Neither came but we did see the server on her phone 2x. We got the manager as she walkedby; a minute later we got the dressing, still no skillet. Several minutes later, it arrived, with the plate hot but not thechicken. When the bill arrived, we were charged for adding chicken to the salad. I can't even say this fiasco was due to therestaurant being busy but it wasn't; this was just bad service. Had the food out fast, everything was cooked perfect (had the sirloin), and everyone was very friendly. Definitely gonna come... back to this one. They had a full staff, too, which is definitely more than a lot of places these days. Came at 2:30 in theafternoon. Server was Vanessa. Read more

Whoever that rude person is from the BOH I'm guessing a dishwasher from what he looked like named Lupe from what I heard likes... yelling at people on the team treating the young ladies there with disrespect. I would worry for their safety. Howunprofessional. I am a F&B Manager myself no member of any team should be treated in such a manner. Management should addressthis matter immediately. However your server was fantastic and such an adorable young lady. I would return for her customerservice. Read more
