Ordered 16 pizzas at 1000 when store opened - called at 10:30 to verify they would be ready for pickup at 11:45. Arrived at... 11:45 and only 6 were ready. Another customer arrived and picked up 4 pizzas that he ordered 25 minutes earlier. I now have 25kids waiting for pizza. Read more
So, you guys have gone 4 for 4 on me. I have just moved into this neighborhood and have tried to get pizza from you 4 times.... Each time, you've botched it. First time, it got delivered to the wrong address and you couldn't correct the mistake for over 2hours...in spite of the fact that I live about a half a mile from your store (Montgomery BLVD in Albuquerque). The second time,I ordered pick up, but even though I had used the number given for the Montgomery franchise, the order somehow ended up at theCentral location. When I went to pick it up on Montgomery, they told me there was nothing they could do because the coupon I hadused had to be used online. It was near closing time, so no pizza for me. The third time, you delivered the wrong pizza. Thefourth time was just a few minutes ago and your $7.99 coupon would not work. Each time I selected it, it took me to the firstpage of customizing my pizza and each time I selected a crust, it took me back to the coupon page. So I called...guess what,"that coupon has to be used online". I tell the guy, "but the link is broken", and he says, "nothing we can do about it". Colorme done with Dominos. Read more
Ordered online. Just woke up from 16 hour shift. Domino's is supposedly open until 2 a.m. Placed my order online and it was... abruptly cancelled. Called neighboring Dominos and was told they couldn't deliver to me even though I was 5 minutes west oftheir store. Called this store to find out why my order was cancelled. Still holding, it has been over a half hour. Suboptimalperformance. Manager should be addressing these issues. Customer service completely lacking. Read more
I would give zero stars if it weren?t for the fact that the food is decent. Multiple times I have tried placing an order with... this place. One time I was literally on the phone for an HOUR with the lady trying to place an order for just two pizzas andapparently specialty pizzas dont exist there because when we asked for the Memphis bbq she asked if he had never ordered beforeand was just being extremely rude. In the end she ended up cancelling the order for no good reason and when we tried to callback they had literally BLOCKED my bfs number. Just now I tried to order online because they are the only place that is openwhen i get off work and they just cancelled my order again. Read more
Wish I could give more stars?I love Domino?s Pizza, however this location seems to just not get anything right every time I... order. First it was delivering my pizza to the wrong address and two, going all the way over to pick up the pizza so I don?t runinto the same issue with the delivery and my order was wrong. Not hard to follow simple directions and I understand mistakeshappen however I was told by management that they would fix that order but it never happened. Will just take my business elsewhere. Very happy with this Dominos! The people here work hard and try their best despite the shortage of workers right now since no... one wants to work like normal people. I did have to wait, but my pizza was great. I hope the owner is giving them bonuses andgifts for their efforts. The new manager was very accommodating. Thank you! ???????????? Read more

Said it would be 35mins but took 2hours. Food quality was absolutely bottom of the barrel. Threw out most of the food. Wings had... one bite out of them and were trashed. Wing sauce was the worst I ever had, tasted like floor cleaner. Called manager but neverreturned my call. Garbage. You?re better off getting frozen pizza. Save your money, and your health? Read more
