This place is horrible I had trouble online and needed some help where the guy said "well we can't help you sorry" wow .. excuse... me?? So I do my best to figure out the problem and it was my card end up getting the order and was waiting outside for the wrongorder I called customer service and the most rude and arrogant lady answers and cuts me off while talking ... This dominos doesn't seem to care what leaves their store. this is the third time ordering from this location and every single... time there has been an issue. Mostly overcooked food and missing ingredients. They are stingy with toppings when they do includethem. They don't care about quality. Can you guess what in the picture? A overcooked mess. I got robbed out of $63. I placed a order of $63 and never got my order. Called to request for a refund because the food never... arrived and was Denied because they thought I was lying and said I could be ?scamming . The delivery driver which was calledEduardo swore they dropped it off but was clearly lying to avoid getting in trouble after having have dropped it off at thewrong house it seems like.the worst part is I?m on the phone with them and I say ? are you guys really just going to walk awaywith my money like that and not refund it ? ?, He responds with a simple rude ?yea? the app on my phone wouldn't work (we wanted to redeem a free pizza) and the worker could've had a nicer tone over the phone.... but perhaps she was stressed so its alright. love those lava cakes and wings!! great for binging a show with the family :) Read more
Worst experience, driver left our food outside and it got full of ants, when I called to get it replaced they delivered to the... wrong house. I was very upset and called back to talk to the manager Tabitha or Latoya she hung up on me and refused to resendmy order. Every time I called back they kept hanging up. Worst customer service!!! The local store reps are horrible examples of what you want customer service for your company to be. You ALWAYS messed up my... order and still we came back. I used to be a several times a month customer; I'll switch to Papa John's or Pizza Hut now. Youhave permanently lost my business. Read more
