There are a lot of bad reviews for this place, as well as a lot of good ones. We ordered anyway because of our lack of options... in our situation. It turned out well, we ordered online and were notified when the pizza was ready. We drove to pick it up andthe pizza was fine and the staff were friendly enough. I placed an online order for curbside. I went to the door and they have a sign stating to push the doorbell for service. I... pressed it three separate times. Three workers made a few glances at me and continued working as if they didn?t see me standingthere waiting for service. I stood there for a couple mins and walked off. They sure watched me get into my vehicle and driveaway but didn?t make eye contact with me while I was standing at their front door. Read more
Worthless... You can't place an online order 2 hours before they close and you can't call them. Their automated system won't... recognize button pushes and it doesn't default to let them answer at any point...it just hands up on you. So why would I try tospend money there? There are plenty of other options! Read more
Today I order a pizza some wings and large coke. I placed my order at 5:50 pm. Then My order was ready at 6:00pm. When I went... inside to pick up my order I noticed that my pizza was not fresh made. I ask for manager then Joshua said he was the manager. Iexplain to him that I feel and see that my pizza was not fresh made. He only said I?m sorry you feel that way. Then he walkedaway. I been loyal customer to this dominos pizza. But they need to stop given old pizzas to their customers. Also they need totake care better of the customers. Read more
Today for Mother's Day we placed an order for delivery. It was a large order. When it arrived, we had 1 pizza that was over... cooked. I called in and spoke to Josh. After explaining the situation, he verified our order and fixed it immediately. Josh wasvery professional and very understanding. I would definitely recommend this place, and I am very thankful for Josh for hispatience and understanding in fixing the matter. We need more people like him. Horrrible! I ordered and paid for 3 hand tossed pizzas for a bday party. What i got was barely thin crust. I cant even pick up a... slice to eat it the crust is so thin. Wont be going back, waste of my time and money. Also the "cashier" was rude after ideclined to give her a tip. A tip for what? You didnt even bring it to my car. Read more
I ordered 3 things but particular 12 piece hot wings, got plain no sauced wings. Called the shop, and getting a credit on next... order because it's too late to remake my order, and delivery. Wouldn't want them to do that so close to closing time. Shouldn'thappen to begin with though. I normally order from the Kirtland AFB store which never gets my order wrong. I always order their spinach and feta thin crust pizza and the stuffed spinach and feta cheese bread. The one in the 4 Hills... Shopping Center is good but the one at 800 Juan Tabo Blvd NE. Is the best for anything they offer, they are great people andmake sure that you are 150% satisfied with whatever you order. Stop by you will see what I mean. Read more
