Just ordered 2 bagels breakfast sandwiches and 2 iced lattes.. The bagels were good but the iced lattes were the worst I?ve ever... had! Absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. First off, I like Einstein Bagels, especially the Ham & egg with Swiss cheese... Today I went into the Einstein Bagels on... Tramway & Central in Albuquerque. There was one woman waiting for her order and myself, no other customers and there were 5employees, FIVE! So I noticed that the girl at the register didn't even thank the lady or wish her a good day and I also noticedthat not one employee bothered to even acknowledge my existence and just went about their duties, so I asked the girl closest tome if I could place an order, she informed me that I needed to be under the "place order here" sign at the end of thecounter. Now keep in mind, there were no other customers, so no line and I'm a foot from their stupid sign. So I placed my orderand the girl who was also the manager had the worst attitude, no smile, no professionalism, no customer service, so I decidedthat I didn't want to give my hard earned money to a business that doesn't appreciate me or any customers business.
