*Avoid* I cannot stress enough how awful the staff is. First not a single employee acknowledged anyone there. They were talking... amongst themselves and worrying about a catering order. The line was long and no one cared. When it was time to attempt to order I ordered a dozen bagels, made a point to say "I want to choose the bagels", which the employee acknowledged then proceeded tofill a box with whatever she wanted. When I said that isn't what I ordered and I just wanted to pick my own, she rolled hereyes, threw attitude and then began shoving what I said into the box while making annoyed sounds the whole time. The peoplearound me waited even longer because they had the audacity to order food that needed to be cooked and the employees let themknow just how annoyed they were. This place has never been smooth, the staff has never been pleasant (looking at you manager)but today was over the top. I felt like I was bothering them for asking for food to buy. Absolutely ridiculous. If this was aone-off thing, I could understand. I'd be annoyed but I'd get it. But this is every time I go. I won't go back. Get it together. Read more
Stopped for breakfast and needed to get some computer work done. When I asked if s table could get cleaned; I was told the... dining room was closed. When are the food establishments going to open up the dining rooms. When will American be able to dinein a restaurant again? Read more
The people here were pleasant and efficient. My lox bagel was great as per usual. My niece loved the Tasty Turkey. You may not... see a tip jar, but if you can find it in your wallet put a gratuity on your card or cash on the counter- these kind folks hadtheir last tip jar stolen. Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh and made to your specifications. Their menu is always being updated with... new items and bagel selections. It's kind of pricey but it's a very filling and satisfying meal. This is the avocado, bacon andtomato, minus the tomato but w tomato smear on a gourmet cheesy hash brown bagel. Clean store with a good selection of bagels. Very friendly service. They had just made some green Chile bagels and they were... able to cut it for me even though it was barely made. Definitely recommend of you're by the university area. My only complaintis that they used a bit too much schmear than normal. Very good bagel regardless. Read more
Super nice and helpful staff. I was able to order before getting their and they had everything ready. Place was clean and... inviting. There is parking in the street and a parking lot in the back of the building. Their bagels were soft and chew andtheir cream cheeses we're really good. Read more
