For what it is, Fili B's is quite good. The cheese enchiladas had a well balanced red chile sauce that fairly mild, and the... refried beans are fantastic. Overall though, their food doesn't have that much WOW factor, but for a somewhat cheap meal, it issolid and worth patronizing when in a bind. I love filibertos! But the lady at the drive-thru could not speak English very well and I think not understand it very well... every time I ordered something she would dismiss me as if I was done when I wasn't. I ordered chile Rellenos and was not ableto get them after I had already ordered and paid for them they gave me cheese enchiladas instead. Read more

The rolled tacos were ice cold with frozen guac. The shredded beef taco was really greasy and cold. None of the cheese was... melted and asked for more chili sauce just to have some attitude about it in the bag. I was given no chili but frozen guac.
