Davett was extremely rude. I arrived at this place at about 8:10pm all chairs were already up in the tables, as if they were... closing, They close at 9pm, so still a lot to go, Got my food by 8:25pm. My family and I were already sitted (after I askedanother employee, if it was ok for me to put some chairs down to sit) Davett who was very rude since she took my order, kickedme and family out of the store, saying "You would have to eat that somewhere else" , When I check and saw that the time wasbefore 8:30pm I told her that why we had to leave if they were not closing yet, still plenty of time to eat, to what she replied"you got your food, now you have to leave"... I felt very mistreated by this person, I spent money in the restaurant and thenthey kicked me out after giving me my food? It was still open, and had plenty of time to finish my meal. Also with her therewas an older lady, who was also noticeable upset when we came into the restaurant, you could definitely see she did not like uscoming into the store. Imagine being the owner of this franchise and having this employees mistreating and kicking outcustomers, definitely not good for tbe business. Read more

The staff were incredible. There was a member of group that is gluten free by necessity. The staff went above and beyond to... accommodate her, along with the rest of us. Our sandwiches were full of fresh ingredients and quite tasty. We will definitelyreturn in the future. Read more

Went June 2022. The last time I went to this location, I did not like the service and it was not customer-friendly place. BUT... NOW, there are new staff members and they all were so quick, helpful, and welcoming! The new staff really made this place worththe visit, they make sure you have what you wanted and are very friendly. Happy to see this place get new faces and shout out tothe older staff members who were just amazing. The sub I ordered was cut perfectly, and as ordered but most importantly,DELICIOUS!!! Read more

I had to go back to this Firehouse location three times. I initially ordered through the app which twice had messed up my order.... On my second trip back to explain the app had a glitch. I ordered an Italian with added sauteed onions and banana peppers. Itcame out putting no on everything it's supposed to come with and only got what I wanted to add. The guy I spoke with said theywould remake it and I saw him explain it to the sandwich artist. I got the same messed up sandwich twice. The third time I wastold I could either get a full refund or they would make the sandwich again. The manager proudly claimed she made the sandwichand did it right. I requested a full refund. Read more
