I'm just a lil confused, I ordered my food from the website, the dining room hrs said closes at 10:00pm, I ordered at 7:26p. I... get to the door at 7:42p try to enter to pick up my food, door is locked. Okay, proceed to come around to the drive thru window,why did I have to flag down the young lady looking directly at me. Mind you I came up before a truck on a motorized skateboard,you can see me coming. Honestly if you don't want a sketchy looking situation to happen then don't lock the dining room doorwhen you have a pick up order coming or change the dining room hrs on the website. Read more
I went at the right time. Quick pleasant service and the food was better than alot of others. I would go back again.

The tacos were horrible. One taco had a corner of cheese and nothing but lettuce. The next taco had a sliver of cheese, like 4... or 5 peices if lettuce and the shell not cooked all the way. The meat tasted horrible/funny and everything tasted old andstale. Looking for a way to upload the photos . Horrible. writing to complain about my order from last night on 8/22/2022 around 10pm . i tried to call the store to give a complaint but... the manager named lucy was very offended and told me to bring back the food that same night because things like this dont happenin her store so its not true. she was very rude and hung up after i told her i couldnt bring back the food cause it was thrownup... we got the food, no problem, we ate some while it was hot but as we got more into the bag we found tacos with cold staleshells, no meet all lettuce, wilted lettuce at that too, in some tacos only a corner of cheese or the tacos were cold and staleand tasted old. the weird thing was there was some tacos that they tasted tangey the meat and when we noticed we stopped eatingthem. my brother threw up everything he ate and almost everyone who ate got diarrhea within 15-30mins of eating the food. therest went in the trash because they smelt sour. i always always buy tacos from you guys so this is very sad for me. now we allhave food poisoning... that was 17orders of tacos that was trashed... taco meat shouldnt be tangey and sour and lettuce shouldntbe slimey and wilted. The food was good, and it was reasonably quick although ordering was a bit of a challenge . Thankfully we are billingual because... none of the workers seemed to speak very good english. We chise this location specifically because they are open 24 hours butthe drive-thru was really winding and hard to get through plus it was after midnight when we went and there were people walkingthrough the drive-thru perhaps from a bar that was nearby letting out kind of sketch made us lock our doors and feel uneasy theentire time we were there but otherwise it was good. I was able to easily park my semi behind the store in an open lot, also there is a truck stop across the street. The store is... very clean probably the cleanest Jack in the Box I have been to. The staff were top notch with great eye contact and the managerI could tell was the quality control on everything including to make sure that I received exactly what I ordered. Really a greatstaff. The quality of the club chicken sandwich and the jumbo Jack and curly fries were A+ across-the-board. I love Jack in theBox for this reason it will go out of my way every day for this American icon.
