At this point its my fault for continuing to order from here but literally every single time I order from this store it takes 90... minutes, by then your lunch break is over and you get a melted drink. Honestly don't waste your time ordering from the uptownstore. The staff doesn't make it right either, especially after so many times, I'll always order before lunch break well aheadand at this point it feels as if they intentionally make sure I can't eat during the day. I'm literally waiting as I type thisand at this point my day is almost over. Placed an order for delivery and this time it freaked me out. They arrived in 20 minutes. My co-worker, who placed his order... after mine, got his just before me. And we had two different delivery drivers show up at our mechanic shop. Usually it wouldtake 45 minutes like last month. Seeing two drivers within 5 minutes of each other was mind boggling. JJ is always a great place to eat for a simple and fast lunch; the food always looks fresh and delivery is almost always fast/on... time (depending on the worker). It is very convenient instead of ordering through a separate app like Door Dash or Uber. Read more

I have never eaten at this place. I was dissatisfied with the sandwich. $13.00 for a cold, bare minimal ingredient turkey... sandwich with a drink and chips and the restaurant was freezing. There was not that much turkey and more veggie ingredients.Signs say smell the aroma. I smelled nothing. Way better choices for the buck. Subway is way more tastier, Jason?s deli is waybetter. Firehouse subs is way better and was surely dissatisfied with jimmy johns. I will not be back. Read more
