This lady?s so rude. We called before we walked over and they said the lobby closes at 8, got there at 7:40 and she just waved... us off before another employee let us in. By far the absolute WORST and I mean WORST experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant. We placed our order per... usual with the KFC online option, we selected the option to be delivered through Doordash. Our food was delivered promptly ontime per Doordash, however, items were missing! We called KFC to talk to a manager, and CHAROLETTE at the KFC from this locationdid not even admit to their wrong faults! She blamed Doordash, even though Doordash only picks up and delivers orders. Weexplained that KFC should be held responsible for packing and preparing food. This ?manager? claimed it wasn?t on KFC and hungup on us! What type of management is this?
