Just go to Church?s or Golden Pride. This location is horrible. Chicken is horrible, out of everything, mashed potatoes were... watery and service is junk. This lady?s so rude. We called before we walked over and they said the lobby closes at 8, got there at 7:40 and she just waved... us off before another employee let us in. She was yelling at everyone working and kept speaking over us as we ordered. Whoevermanages this store needs to correct her attitude, she?s always like this. Read more

By far the absolute WORST and I mean WORST experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant. We placed our order per... usual with the KFC online option, we selected the option to be delivered through Doordash. Our food was delivered promptly ontime per Doordash, however, items were missing! We called KFC to talk to a manager, and CHAROLETTE at the KFC from this locationdid not even admit to their wrong faults! She blamed Doordash, even though Doordash only picks up and delivers orders. Weexplained that KFC should be held responsible for packing and preparing food. This ?manager? claimed it wasn?t on KFC and hungup on us! What type of management is this? Who runs a store under this type of management? Very unacceptable and not okay fortheir business. Read more
Every time I go to this location they tell me they are out of almost everything. Doesn't matter what time it is, they don't have... anymore chicken. I don't know how this store is even open anymore. Maybe the food truck will make a delivery by the morning sothey can be open tomorrow... or they're just lazy and don't want to work the posted hours. Read more
So it's been awhile since I have had kfc , due to bad experience. Well here we go again went to get some tenders , they were... rubbery, and no spice being original recipe. All u could take was flour , so sad that kfc does t care about quality of product.Won't be doing this again for along while and I wish people would stop too so we can get there attention to address theproblem..... This was the most disgusting experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant. Food came out fast, that?s the nicest thing I can say. I... should?ve taken my food and ate in the parking lot because it was cleaner than the interior of the store. 7 people behind thecounter, the cashier a young man with glasses couldn?t be bothered to even wipe the crumbs off of the table. For a fast-food place that?s been around for years it?s still worth a stop! Delicious veggies and classic chicken. The best sell... at this location is the staff. Very polite, efficient, friendly and the place is always super clean if you choose to dine in. 5 stars; 2 thumbs up! Read more
