This place is an absolute mess. Every seasonal item they advertise is never available because they never actually sell them.... Company is full of nothing but lies. Wont recommend coming here, I sure wont be & neither will the hundreds of people I steeraway. Read more

Their Halloween donuts were 18 and change. Way to expensive for what they were. They were just icing and candy decorations on... regular don't. For the most part they all tasted the same. 2 of the donuts had some kind of filling in them which wasn't allthat great. Don't think I will do that ever again. Dunkin donuts are was better than this and cheaper too. Read more

The manager was rude and was less than helpful during the Balloon Fiesta. We are not from Albuquerque and I would think that... people would be helpful but clearly not the case. Read more

Usually, I leave nothing but good reviews...food/coffee is good, but the service sucks. Whoever the slender girl is needs to go.... She is rude as you walk through the door. She basically threw my coffee at me along with donut, and said in a borderline hostileway," have a good day ". Never coming back.... Read more

Spent $30.00 for 2 dozen original glazed doughnuts today & when I asked why they didn't have any blueberry cake or chocolate... cake doughnuts anymore, I was told "we don't make the doughnuts from scratch, we only receive what comes from the factory andthe factory isn't making those doughnuts anymore." Whoever is making the decisions regarding the types of doughnuts that arebeing offered needs to know that not everyone likes raised doughnuts and if a consumer is going to pay $15.00 for a dozendoughnuts, there are better choices in the Albuquerque market like Glazed Grinders, Amy's Donuts, or even Dunkin Donuts. Theselarge companies need to realize that now, more than ever, they should do their best to retain their customers, and for what's itworth, this consumer will never purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts again. When one thinks about Donuts - - - Krispy Kreme is in a league all of its own. From the moment that Krispy Kreme Donuts first... came to Rio Rancho, New Mexico nothing about donuts has been the same. Whether you enjoy an original glazed, chocolate glaze, filled or cake donut smiles follow that white box with its delicious sweetness. The location at Wyoming is centrally located inthe Northeast heights. The staff are patient and go the extra mile when giving you information about your donutselections. Regardless of where you get your Donuts from, one thing is for sure, you won't be losing any of the Covid 15 withsuch tasty treats. Due to the availability of donuts, customer service, cleanliness of the location and taste of their product,I am giving this location the highest rating for this visit. If you found this review helpful or informative, please like it.Or follow me for other local reviews. Thank you in advance. History: Vernon Rudolph bought a secret yeast raised doughnutrecipe from a New Orleans French chef, rented a building in what is now historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, andbegan selling its Krispy Kreme doughnuts on July 13, 1937 to local grocery stores. The delicious scents of cooking doughnutsdrifted into the streets, and passersby stopped to ask if they could buy hot doughnuts. So he cut a hole in an outside wall andstarted selling Original Glazed doughnuts directly to customers on the sidewalk. In 1982, a small group of our earlyfranchisees bought Krispy Kreme back from Beatrice Foods. A renewed focus on the hot doughnut experience became a priority forthe company. They began to expand outside the southeast US and opened its first store in New York City in 1996. Soon afterward,in 1999, the first store in California opened and national expansion was well underway. When Krispy Kreme turned 60 years old in1997, it was officially recognized as the 20th century American icon with a donation of company artifacts to the Sm Read more

Sign says always fresh. Blunt lie. Not once have I come here and they have warm donuts. If the donuts are cold I might as well... pick them up from the grocery store. Read more

I always love a good lemon filled donut. These little spring minis were so cute that I had to grab a box of them too. The... service at this location was impeccable. My treats were delectable. Read more
