The food was really good. The service stunk. There was along line and the cashier made people wait while she got like 6... customers orders. Needed to have a people in a number of positions for example: a cook, a side preparer, a cashier and some oneto get put all the orders together and hand them out. The wait time for the food to come out was more than 10minutes. I alsoasked for all the condiments like the red vinegar, tarter sauce, salt and pepper and any other kind that is there. She gave me 6tarter sauce for 1 place of fish and 5 pieces of chicken. Not very good. I could nothing the bell. Read more
Tried to order grilled salmon and shrimp, with sides of green beans and cole slaw. What I received was a family FRIED chicken... and fish dimmer, along with 2 pounds of soggy fries! Sheesh! Worst Customer service EVER!!! We bought 3 plates, we only got 2 . They were very rude. I waited 15 min . My sons chicken was... way over cooked. I myself got 1 hot piece of fish and so full of grease. They acted as if was our fault. All we wanted is whatwe paid for. And fresh food. Never going back. Read more
We went to eat last night and spent 22$ and could hardly eat our food it was so over cooked. Took a hush puppy and broke it in... my hands and there was no bread in it. The workers were fast and the food was fresh. However, they lost a star(probably should have only been 3 stars) for the poor... customer service. The lady at the register was extremely rude. I will think twice before coming back. Read more
