Went in there in the am , We were passing by from our long trip. They took a long time to take our order and the only had... coffee and orange juice to drink besides the food. Restroom were dirty and smelly , lobby floor were so oily i had to watch mysteps cause it was so slippery. Definitely not a great experience. Wich is a bummer i had not set foot in a McDonald's in a longtime. Read more

I was behind the young lady that was denied service earlier this morning. Daniela?s behavior was very unprofessional. The... customer called the manager from the lobby and had it on speaker. Unfortunately, the manager chose to treat the customer withextreme disrespect yelling at the customer refusing to give her Name and hanging up on the customer. Why do people choose to beemployed in a customer service industry if they are not going to treat people with respect? If this was my store that I managedwe would be definitely be having customer service training ASAP. Read more

This has been the worst experience I?ve ever encountered. I was in line to place an order 4 people were in front of me and... placed their order with Daniela. When I walked up to the counter, Daniela told me I could place my order on the kiosk. I didinform her that I wanted to place my order with her because I had a special order and I wanted to pay with cash. I was refusedher service and she told me I could go elsewhere if I chose not to use the kiosk. I asked her to please call the manager up tothe front and she said the managers busy with somebody else. I phoned the manager from the lobby The manager yelled at me andrefused to give me her name and hung up. I am a business owner and regardless of the situation this is not acceptable. I didfile a corporate complaint and I will follow up as Need be, Daniela, and her manager definitely need training with customerservice. I am saddened at the fact that they had the audacity to treat a customer in this fashion. Read more

This place is horrible. They got mad because they gave me a coke super hot with no ice so we asked for another one and they got... super upset about it. The girl grabbed the coke from my husband's hand and the guy started telling my husband all kinds of badthings in Spanish. My husband got angry and told him back then Everytime we would start to leave he would start telling myhusband stuff again. This is crazy bwe cannot even get a order right because they get mad if we say something. What is thisworld coming to? Read more

Whatever happened to the dollar menu? And how does it take so long to get one hamburger out? My Big Mac was way over sauce, plus... the sauce was mostly Mayo, also I got a chicken sandwich and asked for no pickles and no sauce, they just put a chicken pattytwo pieces of bread and two pickles. That was a $7 pair of buns and piece of chicken. They could really up their game. Read more

When in to get a quick bite at 10:20 am no one would help us at the counter we were told to use the computer. When we asked for... a person we were told breakfast was over. It was 10:30 am when we said that we were here for 10 min already, the manager repliedif you don?t like it you can go somewhere else. Thank god they have good customer service. Read more

The wait was quick and got my order really quickly. The two issues I had was that there were homeless people right outside the... building by the drive-thru pestering people for money and being slightly aggressive. The second issue was that my burger wasjust thrown haphazardly into its box, so it was kind of a pile of ingredients that needed to be put back together when I openedit. The fries were hot and fresh which was nice though. Read more

I've giving them 3 stars because the dinner shift(after 5pm) was super nice and did a great job, as well as the previous shift... did pretty well. However the problem was they left plastic on my quarter pounder, like the cheese separator thing and it was cutin the shape of a hexagon. There was also a hair between the plastic and the cheese. We called after seeing that, right aftershift change and they remade the whole order no issue on top of the fact that the front lady personally inspected and bagged allthe food.
