it was slow 2pm only 1 car in driveup ME! And they didnt get my full order, i was charged for everything ! i even asked is that... all she smiled said yes . when i got home is when i realized i was shorted called the ONLY NUMBER on receipt no responce so idrove back. and yet again service was terrible they came out and asked me why i was parked in the drivethru lane told then whathad happened i got the sure you didnt get everything hang on finally on my way in what seemed like forever. wont go back its the3rd time at the same location . They have their good days and bad days. Some days the service is great, fast, and the order is correct. On other days everything... that could go wrong, goes wrong. For instance the hours for the drive thru states 4 am, so at 630 they should have more thanjust drinks ready. That means for 2.5 hours not one employee was actually working. Also they randomly shut down the dining roomand post signage saying so. They also ignore phone calls as well. Read more
It's another cattle driven production. This McDonald's is filled with bitter hateful angry employees who just don't care. They... love to order you around and treat you like cattle going thru the corral. They never have the lobby open because they are scaredof society, when it is us customers who should be scared of them or what they might do to the food. Read more
Worst McDonald's period ever! Ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits with bacon and several other items. Apparently they don't know how... to count the amount of biscuit sandwiches. I spent over 20 minutes trying to call them without answer to eventually get a girltell me "I'm the manager" and leave me hanging on hold without saying a word about leaving me on hold. This McDonald's is a newer building so the inside is very nice, good looking and cool (temp) in the summer. Staff is courteous -... even made suggestions to save us some money... Kudos! Chicken nuggets and ice cream sundaes on point. Has a self serve orderscreen as well. Neat concept. Close gas station, hardware store, pharmacy and the freeway. Easy on and off the interstate. Not ahuge establishment but there is ok space for parking as well as handicap & motorcycle parking. Read more
