So I always stop at this McDonald?s for the convenience but they are actually very rude here some of the ladies don?t speak... English and when you try to explain to them what you need they get nasty this morning I went to the McDonald?s I was trying toorder my daughter breakfast telling the lady what I needed she was trying to offer me something else and I let her know that isnot what I wanted And she proceeded to be real nasty to me when I got to the window I told her she didn?t need to be so rudeit?s 6:45 in the morning Godly. I have no idea what is wrong with this location. I always have a problem. They gave me an entirely different order or no sauces... and no ketchup half the time! Well today I only had a simple order, fries and a 10 piece nugget for my son. I checked the bagfor sauces and there were none so we politely asked them for sauces and he said "should be in the bag" so I then took everythingout(my two items) to show him nothing so he decides to give me 1 sauce and then I ask him well doesn't it come with 2 and hesays I have to charge you. I was quite annoyed and disappointed by the following: 1) Was told by staff that the ice cream machine was broken...was it... really though?!? 2) Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line to be told by staff that the wait was caused by a customerwho complained about not getting sauce and instead of staff just providing her sauce they argued with her for that length oftime 3) get home to find that what was supposed to be a buttermilk chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo was nothing morethan a tiny piece of fried chicken on a bun with 2 pickles, no sauce. Visiting NM and had to order a quarter pounder with green chile and cheese, amazing!! Staff were very friendly, order was... correct and tasted great. Also appreciated that my soda was in a reusable plastic cup. Read more
Literally sent the person back twice cause they didnt get my order right, came home looked through everything nd its completely... wrong.. its a joke anymore, Dont come here ever. You're better off going to taco bell or burger king. Read more
