We went this morning through the drive thru and it was awesome! We had an order for 9 people and we paid and went straight to... the next window and our food was ready! I normally don't stop here but by car wash! I screwed up discount on MCDONALD'S APP. Manager was very nice & since it paid for... it already off my phone she could not adjust the 20 percent special. NO ONE said eating at McDonald's should be a 5 star experience. That being said my review is not that I expected quality... service and nutrient dense food. My rating is a negative 10 but this is all I?m given so 1 star it is. It?s definitely not worthy of even 1 whole star! This... McDonald?s will have you waiting at least 45min in line. It?s been this way for years now. The employees are awful! The foodalways sucks! Our bad for going back. That?s on us! I?ve called before to ask if there is something wrong with the drive thrusince it takes long. They just hang up on me. Don?t waste your time. God forbid they mess up your order, you?ll be accused oftrying to steal and they?ll never give you your money back. So they didn't give me my 4 hash browns, I call ask for a Mgr get someone named Mark. He's more worried about asking what... curbside order I was so I read the order off for him he says "I bagged that order I put them in there" has a really badattitude, so I open my sandwich and it's put together by a 5yr old, so I put it back together get halfway thru it and boom thereis green chili on it... Umm didn't order that. Then my wife looks at the receipt (Order 1915) the sandwich had a receipt tag of(1220).so in other words a "Manager" bagged this order like a brand new employee, if I can do negative stars I would. Tonight I ordered a BLT Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. It was the BEST burger I have ever had at McDonald?s. This... McDonald?s location made the burger and fries fresh. I am guessing this experience would be a common one if and/when things aremade to order. I mean it was juicy, melty, and hot; the bacon was crispy and smokey as promised. Fries were perfection. Even thetomatoes and lettuce were extra fresh. Leaving this review because I hope this location will keep up the attention to quality.Maybe this is the reason this location always has a line so long that they have to set up traffic cones on a regular basis.
