Lomas/Juan Tabo location: waited 45 minutes for mobile order: 1 coffee. Picked up at drive thru cuz curbside closed. Chicken sandwich does not look like the picture with no mayo or lettuce only pickles. When I went in to ask they made me an... identical sandwich. Obviously didn't listen. My wait was oner 5 minutes. Wife was ordering i needed water to wipe up spilled soda. They refused to give me some. The bathroom was locked and they refused... to let me in. So in short dirty store, mean staff, and locked bathrooms. Who locks their bathrooms to customers? Glad my wifehadn't finished ordering we were able cancel and leave. Along with two families who were with us. This has to be the worstMcDonald's i have ever been to. Do not go there. Horrible! Can't get over how awful the manager was. So glad we didn't give emour money. They lost out on 16 people's orders by refusing to give water to clean there mess. Read more

Had the worst experience tonight. I ordered on the app then pay and get there no nuggets. I asked for a substitute 2... cheeseburgers. They end up changing my card with no consent from me I only had 10 dollars they charged 5.36. I believe that is aproblem. I try to call the general manager no awner. Very disappointing. Read more
We ordered food online and this was our drink and the food was delivered two hours later. Was that a joke???? Deliver driver... named SHANNA from Uber highly do not recommend. Stated McDonald's gave her this drink this way and said they made her wait twohours for it. I do not know what happened to our food but when told that we never received it showed on our doorstep ice coldand the drink like this. Like I said was this a joke??? We couldn't even eat the food cause it was so ice cold we threw it away.Waste of money and will not order delivery service again !!!! Read more
If I could give it no stars, I would. Just throw the whole store away! It?s the RUDENESS for me. The women that work here are... ALWAYS very rude. Unhelpful, unprofessional, untimely, clearly no work ethic. Usually order in the app, no problem at any otherMcDonald?s location. Only this one. Don?t waste your time here! They tell you to pull forward to the next window OR into aparking spot, just to forget about you. You?ll get the wrong order, it?ll be cold by time they bring it out, no apology, no?sorry for the wait?, nothing. Just a blank, snotty stare.
